Sorry to hear that it took longer than expected to receive your GeniusCash.

We deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date by automatically receiving confirmation from the bank that the application for the credit card has been approved and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash.

Sometimes we don't receive this confirmation from the bank automatically, and a manual investigation is required. To do this, we send your application details directly to the bank. There are various things that the bank and/or the affiliate network needs to validate such as approval status, that you're a first time cardholder, that the application was started from our site, etc. Unfortunately, the manual investigation is completed by the bank the timeline for this is outside of our control.

Please keep in mind that each card/account application is reviewed separately based on the specific Terms and Conditions for that offer. We've checked on our end, were able to confirm that GeniusCash for the RBC Avion Visa Infinite offer was sent on 2025-12-10 via Interac.

For any future applications, if you haven't received your GeniusCash once it's been 2 weeks since your application date, please make sure to head to your creditcardGenius dashboard and create a ticket. This way, we can get your info sent directly to the bank for a manual investigation as soon as possible.

Hello Laura,

We strive to deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date by automatically receiving confirmation from the bank that the application for the credit card has been approved and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash.

Sometimes we don't receive this confirmation from the bank automatically and manual investigation is required. When we don't receive the approval confirmation from the bank once it's been 2 weeks since your application date, an automated email gets sent to the email address associated with your account with the link to your GeniusCash dashboard. This email contains a link to your GeniusCash dashboard, where you can submit a ticket. This allows us to send your information directly to the bank for a manual investigation before the offer expires.

Taking a look at your account, there are a total of 5 tickets which have been opened for different outstanding GeniusCash applications, 4 out of 5 tickets that were opened have been resolved, and your latest TD ticket is currently being investigated.

As per our Terms and Conditions, you must open a GeniusCash ticket within twelve (12) weeks of your application for the GeniusCash offer. Unfortunately we are no longer able to submit tickets for any applications that have passed the 12 week threshold. If you still have any applications that are pending and within the 12 week period, please make sure to submit your tickets for those as soon as possible.

For any future applications, if you haven't received your GeniusCash once it's been 2 weeks since your application date, please make sure to head to your GeniusCash dashboard and create a ticket. This way, we can get your info sent directly to the bank for a manual investigation.
