Very poor support team. It has taken them a week to do nothing despite promising me an update and solution days ago. Really disappointing that they don’t try to communicate with clients, let alone... See more
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Takes the sting out of onboarding process for doctors
I am onboarding for a company who employ surgeons. It's a complicated process requiring a plethora of forms and registrations. Credentially makes it as easy as it can possibly be - with all forms available for upload and some registrations able to be checked through the provider e.g. GMC. The ease of use is worth a lot to me - without this I may have given up on the process as I'm a busy professional.

The Great Experience
It is well-detailed and makes recruitment easy and straightforward.
Brilliant agency
Taylor was brilliant. Organised interviews for me quicker than any other agency i had tried.
Eric came on board and supported me with the on-boarding process.
Very happy with the way they managed to find me work so quickly

Poor customer support
Poor customer support, very rude staff, terrible and unprofessional company to deal with. They will make you sign a contract and will find a way of delaying the software but still keep charging for the service which you are not receiving and once you stop payments due to lack of service then they make a court claim. I’m very disappointed by the level of professionalism with this company and regret the day I signed myself to their useless contract which they try to enforce if you decide to terminate due to lack of service.

I think that mandatory training was too long but I am not sure if anything can be done about it.
