Worst vet ever.
They misdiagnosed my Frenchie bulldog , they over prescribe steroids and after all that they want £60 (25% of the annual membership fee) to cancel the membership. Stay away.

This is a vet practice with a difference. My cat is terminally ill and came from a shelter. Under the £20/month subscription model I can access unlimited vet consultations for him, which is a real relief to ensure regular follow up as his condition progresses. The whole team at Creature Comforts were so warm, caring, knowledgeable and efficient. Vet Emre took the time to go over Romeo's history, answered all my questions with so much knowledge and care, and set up repeat prescriptions to help me with affordability. Romeo was at total ease, body language relaxed, happy to wander around and doted on like His Royal Highness, meaning he didn't want to leave despite usually hating the vet! Romeo especially loved the little nooks to sit in the waiting area. 10/10. Couldn't recommend them more highly!
Firstly Creature Comforts are open on a Sunday which was fantastic for us. Secondly there were no additional charges for a Sunday appointment. Thirdly, thanks to the amazing team at Barnet my gorgeous dachshund, Sid was examined, referred for surgery at RVC & has had first class after care from them, leading to his recovery. Cannot sing the praises of Barnet Creature Comforts loud enough. Thank you 😊

Amazing team Adrian and Barry carried out surgery for a sarcoma on our little Yorkie Esther the love care and surgical excellence made what is a difficult time easier.
We would most definitely recommend them and our 8 fur babies agree
I recently changed my dog’s vets and I am so happy I did. Creature Comforts St Albans is something very special indeed!
From the minute I walked through the door to be greeted so welcoming by Roni on reception to the very lovely vet Heather and all the staff, I knew my pooch was in exceptional hands . Thank you so much xxx

Took my kitten to his first health check yesterday at the Chiswick branch. The care carried out by staff was fantastic. Myself and kitten Stanley felt at ease, he was given his first routine injections, microchipped and he even left with a goody bag with treats and new toys. Thankyou. Highly recommend the all access membership. Great value for money.

We've finally found our forever vet. Creature comforts is staffed by wonderful, caring, and talented people. I can tell the work environment is positive based on the strong rapport with this group. Our experience with Creature Comforts has been nothing short of amazing, and a massive change from a different chain that was operating in our neighbourhood. Our experiences include caring for a dog at end of life (15 year old labrador mix) and introducing a new puppy. Things we love: (i) for an annual fee, you can stop in and see a vet whenever you want for no charge, (ii) the online booking system is terrific, (iii) the vets we have interacted with are both knowledgeable, caring, and always transparent about what things cost and the pros / cons of each decision (super important when you have a pet in the later stages of life!), (iv) the vets take great notes, which they share with you and each other so you don't cover the same ground each visit. I am a tough critic of companies, especially ones with more than one shop providing such a personal service, but Creature Comforts has nailed it. Highly recommended

This is the best vet in London! The team is fantastic. Arianna and Carmen are always extremely professional and friendly about the administration stuff.
Ten stars to doctor Jake! Our cat is improving a lots since he is in his hands. They also have a very useful subscription and the app is super efficient.

While the practice in St. Johns Wood was nice, we had to unexpectedly give up our dog and needed to cancel our all-access membership. The practice manager, Luke, tried to charge us an unreasonable amount of money that is almost as much as a year-long membership. I would recommend against using this business based on this experience.

I joined as an All Access member for my dog Biggles at Notting Hill and have been so pleased with the level of care he's received. All consultations are included, so we're able to pop in if we have any concerns and not worry about the cost, which is very reassuring. I love the way you get sent photos of your pet during treatment too!

Our pooch Barney was very well looked after recently having some dental work. Numerous check ins were made afterwards before his follow up appointment. Every one at creature comforts is a delight to see once you walk through the door!
