Easy to order
Easy to order, great value, delivered very promptly, excellent quality. Just what I wanted to cook steaks on my outside burner. Although it was already seasoned I seasoned it again with veg oil in a hot oven and plan to re - season it after every use. Great purchase. Derek Field

Rough surface and costly return
Unfortunately the griddle pan I ordered had a very rough surface inside and out, which meant I could not use it on a glass induction hob. I had to pay a lot of postage to return due to the weight. I cannot recommend unfortunately.

Great ordering process
Great ordering process, easy website to use, explanation of my gravy pot was excellent, just what I wanted. I ordered and pot was despatched almost instantly and arrived promptly by Royal Mail. It was a very good positive experience.
