These guys are the best. I got a PuffCo Pete for my wife on Christmas and the atomizer went out. Even though I didn’t purchase the warranty they were able to work with me to get another atomizer. 100% Recommend and they have some great coupons. The website looks a little weird though but don’t let that scare you.

This is one of the best companies that I have dealt with in years they do everything they can for you. If you need help with anything they are there for you, prices are great and custom service is top in the industry.

Ccv is the best 420 vape company that exists. I was struggling to afford a vape and what did Dan (the owner) do? Sold it to me at my best price, significantly discounted. On top of that threw in about $100 worth of cbd flower absolutely free. I’ve mentioned sticker bombing projects in his discord chats, what did he do? Sent me a whole bunch of stickers absolutely free. I narrowly lost a giveaway, what did Dan do? Offered me a $50 giftcard and stickers!

The customer service is unmatched. Dan, Alex, and Sam truly care about their customers. Again and again they show me their true character. I refuse to order from anyone else, they have a customer for life. I cannot recommend them any more to anyone looking for a product they carry. Truly incredible human beings.

Great company and great selection, was able to get some great deals and discounts that were not available on other sites.

Great customer service was available during business hours and was even able to get help after hours on their Discord and Reddit.

They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and, even with the USPS madness at the time, was able to get me my order promptly.

Shipping was understandably delayed by COVID but the staff was always ready to provide any updates on our orders that were available.

The customer service at CCV has been fantastic. Due to Covid, USPS shipping has slowed down but the reps at CCV have been very responsive and helpful and have answered all my questions.Their staff members are super chill and their products are awesome, what's not to love?
