Edit: After posting on Cream City's Facebook page,the owner, Dan, reached out to me. I finally received my item on JUNE 9. I had to make sure it was all good before following up. I'm not sure what's been going on that there has been so much trouble getting orders out. I do hope they get it straightened out. As I said, my first experience there was no problem. I raised my 1 star review to 3 stars.

1st review-1 star-I'm just one more who has fallen victim to these thieves. I placed 2 orders with them. The first one came within a week. The second order I placed on MARCH 24th for $473.00...it is now MAY 27th! As I paid for a product, and have not received it at this expense, I will be pursuing legal action against them. They have given me the run around for well over a month telling me it would be shipped the next day, then they didn't have it and asked me to select a different color--which I did and STILL weeks later, no product and no refund!

Horrible customer service !!!!!! Placed a $200 order it was supposed to be shipped out within five business days. well it’s well over a month now and still don’t have what I paid for. they keep saying they are a 5 person Business . I personally don’t care how many people own it I just want my order. One of the so called owners told me that he was going to have it shipped out at the end of the week at the absolute latest. It never happened. I have been waiting over a month for my order.. This isn’t how a business should be run .

Update to response below: what World do you live in that retail works this way? Maybe in your incompetent minds. Yes I am aware of your lame lead times which says 5 - 15 business days to ship ( a joke in this day & age) It was over 30 businesses days & not until I raised a stink did I hear a peep from you. It wasn't until filing a BBB complaint that I saw any real sign of life from you. Now after all this time you call. Get a clue on how to run a business. Lol, I stand by my statement if you want to be ripped off use CCV , if you want your product order from legítimate businesses who deliver. My fault for being a fool by ordering a second time after the same experience. Lame, order elsewhere!

Totally incompetent they can't handle the business when they have a special sale. I should have known better then to order since they took so long on previous order & did nothing until I raised a stinks. I gave them a second chance & find myself in the same spot , waiting waiting waiting to get my shipment. Funny how they are quick to take payment but not quick to ship

I always contact CS with any questions or concerns. Oggy always gets back to me and with helpful tips and tricks. This company cares about their customers and always want them to leave with a smile. My peak pro "broke" the other day and I was so frustrated but having oggy/peyton on the other side guiding me thru every step let me know in my head damn this company really just wants the customers to get the best experience with their products. Heads up as this is a small business of 5 atm. I would not expect fast or speedy delivery times especially with the vape ban going on still (5-10 business day). Just to know I can support small loving communities like this and still get excellent customer service is amazing!

I ordered April 22. Didn’t get tracking info until May 31. The shipping expectations after ordering aren’t very realistic. Don’t order unless you are willing to wait a few weeks.

Horrible unethical company. They will take your payment, and not acknowledge your order for a good 20 days. Pretty much EVERY order. Buyer beware.

UPDATE : They finally shipped out the order (like 21+ days later). Problem is, it was broken up in 2 packages... And they FORGOT TO SEND the second package. I had to go through it ALL OVER again with these horrible people. Finally, one person eventually said he will keep someone physically on the phone to confirm they gave it to the carrier. This company is super shady and DO NOT CARE about the customer. Be warned.
(And yes, I submit the additional information requested so they can verify this purchase and review. Because it is 100% true, and I am LIVID against these people).

Update : Don't believe their reply below. You do not understand what I went through with these people. The package from the 2nd locatino was also forgotten, which is what they left out of their reply...

Another update, because these people won't leave me alone. They keep contacting me, and I want nothing to do with them ever again. I asked them to leave me alone, let's see if they at least respect that. Stay away guys, stay away.

Man, these people are HUNGRY for me to remove this review. Goes to show in how bad shape they are that they won't stop pestering about the issue. Every time I update, the guy has to send an update lol. They are doing so poorly, that they need as many bad reviews removed as possible. Here's to hoping more people speak up.

Do not trust!

Asked to cancel my order and miraculously my order skipped the 5-10 business day wait and was shipped a few hours later. I actually wanted to cancel though and now it is too late since it's "shipped".

CCV always delivers and has the best deals on the internet. I dare you to find a place with better deals. Always happy to come back and spend my money with these guys. Great customer service, great experience as always. Keep it up CCV.

placed an order over a month ago and has not been delivered got lost in transit in which ups issued a claim, problem is nobody within company will respond to emails had to jump though hoops for a month to get a response.

Update: its now been 3 months still waiting on refund from claim to be issued they say their waiting on ups paperwork ups says it approved waiting on them and im left screwed outta 250

Replying to reply: this reply doesnt even address the concern in the title just an effort to shift all blame to ups who does deserve alot of criticism but my poor experience is with you and your customer service since i had to redownload instagram and search for you after a month of emails being ignored just to get reply and i dont even feel like anyone is putting effort to even contact Ups to see whats going on because they tell me its on you

Amazing customer service and response times for inquiries is pretty outstanding for these days. 10/10 would recommend.

Let's start with the good. The customer support team is fantastic (looking at you Peyton!). Once the problem arose, they were able to get me taken care of in a reasonable time frame.

Now for the bad. It took a little over a week to be notified that the carb cap I had ordered suffered from an inventory discrepancy and was out of stock. I was then asked to choose a replacement. The replacement I chose then suffered from the exact same inventory discrepancy, but I didn't find this out until 3 days after my reply to the original note from them. I then started a new thread which is where customer service helped out. They were able to exchange 5 emails with me, all within an hour to refund me for the carb cap and went the extra mile to secure my business for the future.

I have to admit, I had a very bad taste in my mouth heading into yesterday's conversation. I had vowed to myself to never do business with Cream City again. The diligence the customer service rep had in correcting the issue made all the difference. I'm now back on the Cream City site looking for another carb cap, despite all the other options to source one.

Peyton was very helpful after I got sent the wrong item and had to get it exchanged. It did take a while but it was worth the wait to get the right item at a truly unbeatable price.
CCV is very busy, so you might have to get in touch more than once to get a response, but they will give you one. Don't be shy about pinging them if you need to, they are there to help. I already made my second order.

I purchased a carb cap and glass bubblr top as well as a ALN insert and it upgraded my puffco peak to a whole nother level. Very happy and forever shopping here for those supplies. Or if I ever need to purchase a product to review this is where I am going.

Had troubles with my Puffco peak pro not working after two months after purchase, they made it right and sent me a new one! Great help on the customer service
