Great company and speedy delivery…
This was the first time I had purchased from this company and it won’t be the last. The website was easy to use and the delivery was very quick. Their range of quilling papers was the best I have found and the quality was excellent. I would recommend this company to other crafters.

I am very angry because when I ordered…
I am very angry because when I ordered the item I payed the shipment, too. When the postman came at home to give me the parcel asked me for more money to give me the parcel.. I said to him that it was payed and he told me that I must pay the tax and at the end I pay to much money to send me and it takes more than a week to receive...The paper is so kind but the shipment, in my case, late and expensive

Dear Gemma,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We appreciate your input, and we're sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction regarding customs taxes.
We'd like to clarify that, as England is no longer a part of the European Union, customs taxes may be applicable to orders shipped from England. We understand that this can be an unexpected additional cost, and we sympathise with any inconvenience it may cause.
It's important to note that our FAQ section explicitly outlines that buyers are responsible for covering any customs charges that may arise. We highly recommend reviewing our FAQ before making a purchase to ensure awareness of these details.
While we regret any frustration this situation may have caused, we want to assure you that this policy is not within our control, as it is determined by the customs regulations of the destination country.
The cost of the postage you have paid was to cover the postal cost only and not any charges applied by the customs.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our us. We're here to assist you in any way we can.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Crafty Wizard Team
