Pretty awesome and fair products. Any time there is a delay, I get an email about it to inform me of why, without my prompting.

What made it great was the quick "response" to my issue and how amazing the resin flower box was.

The box, stuffed with crinkled paper, very earth friendly considering resin isn't (I work with typical resin regularly) and the instruction pamphlet was cute but to me not so clear. I was able to figure something out and it's super cute...a little stressful for mi e bc I have a short uv nail thingy and had to use it on my couch. I need a new one, they'll turn out great! I want more!

My issue, I ordered the resin kit and before I even received it I got charged for the next box. I don't think that's fair bc I didn't know if I even wanted to continue it (plus I saw what the next box was and was not interested really) but they had not allowed me to have a profile until the resin box was shipped. So when it shipped I signed on and BOOM saw the next box was paid for. So I tried to unsubscribe and found out I had to EMAIL...which was maddening.
I was fairly nice but direct. Said that I understood that the charge had already happened but that I would prefer to be removed from future boxes bc I had not received the box and was not aware of the monthly draft date and it was not fair to customers. I had accepted the charge but they actually refunded me and canceled future charges so I don't have to go in every month to skip until the end of time.

I love the items available as well as the monthly boxes! Great quality, excellent prices!

A great kit! Lots of unexpected extras. Items I'd never seen before. Liz is kind and easy to work with.

I thought there could of been more information sent out regarding how late our boxes were. I was however very happy with the contents of my box.

Craftkitsune is the only subscription I have because the customer service is great, the products are awesome, and a fun, and friendly community is built because of the owner’s positivity and feedback and because she listens and cares for her customers.

I absolutely love the UFO mold! You cannot find anything like it anywhere else. I love all the extra supplies that I got as well!

I really like Craft Kitsune - their items ship quickly, their kits are GREAT for beginners, and they're very kind when you ask a question. The molds are fantastic, their ideas are great and original too. As far as crafting sites go, very few stack up to Craft Kitsune for me. Definitely a repeat customer, and I plan to keep it that way!

I really enjoy the variety of crafts that come monthly. Each one is unique but also on trend for the current crafting craze such as the felting kit and the resin koi kit. All of the kits I have received (14) have been excellent with a decent amount of supplies. My youngest child and I like to build the "creepy" or Halloween themed ones the most, they say the eye ball was their favourite. Mine will likely be the suncatcher if I ever get around to finishing one!

Always anserws if there is a question and always let's us know if packages are delayed extremely amazing one of a kind kits that's fun to use over n over again

Liz has been great at responding and sorting out any confusion about the orders...and she is super creative with her kits.

This is the best monthly subscription craft kit you could buy. I have been with this company since 2020 and have enjoyed every box I received.

When I needed help they were the best. Some people do not have time, but they did.

Due too issues with USPS I was unable to receive any of the kits, BUT the customer service is top notch and my issues were taken care of withing hours. I would give 10 stars if I could!
