The company sells nothing but junk.
The yarn is just thread that ravels.Two rows all the way around have been sewn under the border.
There was a bug in my yarn ( thread) yuck. Customer service was no help. Blew me off. The quality is the s**** and shipping time even worse. Do not buy.

I am now on my 16th Veirousa cushion. They are always of good quality, easy to follow instructions, from order to delivery normally 10-12 days.
Never had any problems with Orders, Payments or delivery. :)

I have been trying to buy a latch hook cushion for weeks as I was sent a 20% code. I have tried using the code but it comes up invalid. I emailed the company and was told to refresh or use a different payment method, once again it said invalid so I emailed them twice more and all I got was refresh there’s not a problem at their end, then I get a email with the same discount code and guess what it doesn’t work

I ordered 6 cushions and they are lovely just what I wanted. I didn’t have the run around waiting to long. Marry was really nice with me and helpful. If you ever have a problem on here ask for her am sure she will sort it out for you.
I can’t wait to get started in my next project I will post pictures in due course…..

I was slightly disappointed to find that the background color didn’t match the image, as it appeared to be green rather than blue. Otherwise, it’s a project worth trying out.

Fantastic design, vibrant hues! While there’s a gentle divergence between the paper template and the pillow net, and the yarn appears slightly delicate, the overall effect is fluffy and cozy. A delightful endeavor that evokes a sense of bygone days amidst the digital age.

Although it was my first time, I truly appreciate the design and found it easy to follow the instruction. Perfect for the spare bedroom. The data sheet's design was large than the pillow, so the only thing I could recommend is that you figure it out. yet easy to fix.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The site seems legit, pricing is decent, nothing that screams red flag. I never received my order from December of 2022. They kept giving me the run around, sent a phony tracking number, will NOT issue a refund even tho they are sending me a tracking number saying it was delivered, when on their website it still says "processing". This is a SCAM company do not purchase anything from them. Their customer service sucks and you'll never receive a product or a refund. $90 I'll never get back.

When I had a minor problem with my latch hook kit, the customer support staff was really kind and quick to respond. They went about and above to put things straight away because they were so tremendously attentive. Because it's uncommon to receive customer service this good these days, I will most definitely be back. I wholeheartedly endorse this brand!

I found this to quite enjoyable! Although it's something I've enjoyed doing for a while, I haven't done one in a few months. Starting over and getting back into this was easy. The yarn is of fantastic quality, and everything you need is here! My only concern was that the printed design didn't really matter in the end. Not only do you have plenty of extra yarn, but you also won't have to worry about running out of rolls or making a mistake.

My wife loved doing these as a child, so she was happy to hear that they are still offered. She's been loving spending time with our two wonderful nieces, ages seven, and renewing her passion. They've been addicted to latch hook kits as well, having taken to it as well. If you are a parent, this is an excellent activity to work on with your children. The kit comes with everything you need to finish the project.

I bought it for my little sister she said it is a little hard to see the different colors on the similar ones.

I bought this latch hook kit as a way to relax and unwind after a long day, and it's been perfect for that. The repetitive motion is very soothing, and I find it helps me de-stress. The design is beautiful, and I'm really enjoying working on it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-reliving hobby!

Was really fun to work on. I have a matching wall hanging with this pattern. Fabric on the back is very soft, zipper is ok. printing on the mesh was slightly off and I lost a couple rows around the edges but not bad at all. Was easy enough to figure out with the included paper pattern.

Ordered a carpet. It took ages to be delivered without any shipping information. When it arrived it was nothing like the pictures, very cheaply made and was missing the anti-slip surface that was advertised. After multiple mails to the customer service I always get the same prewritten texts about the delivery. They completely ignore what I am writing and just answer nonsense. Never again.

I ordered my first kit without any issues, it was fast delivery and was very happy.

This time, when I ordered, I was charged double. I claimed through PayPal and waited over a week as they never answered them or me.

That was settled and I have been waiting two weeks now for my kits and tracking still says awaiting shipping. I sent an email and heard nothing back.

I am extremely disappointed as they are Christmas presents I want to do throughout the year and I paid a lot of money for.

Glad I came to reviews. Sounds like the same company, Etcy, I got scammed from. This person also has other websites. Sends wrong product to show delivery so they don't have to refund.

My package never arrived. They refused to give me a refund, and kept replying to me with automated messages. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I'm just out the money. Wish I could give it zero stars.
