If I could give 0 stars I would. When Liz owned it she did well. But since the new owner took over they are too busy scamming people to care. They have raised the prices 3 times with out notice. Changed the date of the charges and now the last box of last year they said shipped out and they ended up combining it with the Jan box and didn’t put in anything that was supposed to be in the December box. So she gave us one box for the price of 2. There is no way what was in the box was worth almost $100. I canceled my subscription to this box after I saw comments from others who ho said that they were being blocked by her on social media for voicing their concerns and when they emailed they got no responses. I emailed about my kits a month ago and still have yet to get a response. This company is a scam and these boxes are a scam. She is getting things off temu and putting them in the box and charging an arm and a leg for them.

As other reviews have mentioned, this service recently changed owners (sometime around August 2023). I had purchased a year's subscription last Dec, and was happy to give the new owner a chance, but found the new boxes lacking in both the charm and the quality that I had come to expect previously, and although there had been issues in the past with boxes arriving on time, the previous owner was communicative about expected timelines, whereas the new owner has had delays of over a month, causing holiday themed boxes to arrive well after the holiday in question, AND actively silences any criticism or even just any polite questions of when to expect our boxes.

I do not personally know if (as other reviewers have claimed) the recent molds are available elsewhere, but I would not be surprised, as they resemble other cheap silicone mods that I have purchased from Wish/Temu/Amazon in the past. I also have noticed that where we used to get full sets of things like pigments, inserts, and other accessories, you now get one or two randomized ones, which seem to have been "parted out" from full sets.

The box I received today, which prompted this review, included the 2-part resin that has become standard for this box, a single small blue sparkly powder, two random snowflake stickers (the kind used to decorate a water bottle, NOT the kind you can craft with), two random unthemed cabochons (one "chocobar" and one that kind of looks like Mr. Krabbs from SpongeBob, but not enough to get sued), and a cheap mold (probably purchased in bulk on a reseller site) which sort of resembles the one advertised, but either it is missing a second piece to complete the project, or they just changed the design without telling anyone.

I'm extremely disappointed, and the fact that they have recently upped their prices is ludicrous considering what you get. Add to that the fact that they apparently attempted to charge my card for another full year after I had gotten a cancelation confirmation email? I would have lost my mind. Luckily my bank flagged it for review, so I was able to avoid that.

At 11:01pm central time USA, December 31st, I got an email saying they were changing from paying on the 11th to paying on the 1st. I didn't see this email, I was at work.
At 12:17am, January 1st, My card was charged for the new kit. I was still at work.
I may have to go through my bank to dispute this charge. An hour and 16 minute warning doesn't even sound legal.

Prior to the new owner taking over it was great, give or take minor, but well communicated, shipping delays. Afterwards though, the business has gone to hell. My box for the Nov 2023 kit was missing 75% of the advertised materials and was delivered over a month late with NO communication, as was many other subscribers boxes. I have tried multiple times to contact support via E-Mail, the Subscriber Facebook Page, as well as the main Business Facebook Page. The owner blocked me from the main business page for simply asking for help with the missing items, and hasn't been looking at the Subscriber page at all since October 2023 it seems like. I have never received a return E-mail ether. I am currently disputing the charge for Nov. 2023 through my bank, and won't be surprised if I have to do the same for the Jan. 2024 box since it hasn't been fulfilled yet and may be "lost" by the company as retaliation. I would also like to note that, while I canceled before Jan 1, I suspect many people are being double charged for the Jan. 2024 kit because she changed the payment date from the 11th of the month to the 1st, only sending a mass email at 11:59 on 12/31/23 right before payments on the new date took effect (literally minutes).

Subscription service changed billing date with an hour's notice before I was charged. Completely unacceptable.

Loved getting my box, then a new own took over.
On 12/31/23 a email was sent out at midnight Eastern time saying there was changes. Pay increase, and that the payment was get pulled on 1/1/24 for February's box! No notice.
I wanted to give her a chance but that was too far.

I got an email at 11 pm Dec 31 that the new billing date would be on the 1st of each month instead of the 11th. The price was increased with no warning as well. So I woke up to a $50 charge on my account this morning.
If you question anything about it you are immediately blocked from the business page. I loved looking forward to my kit each month. I'm here because I can't post it on the business page.

Kits are running more than a month behind. The company recently changed the cost and the billing date on subscriptions with one hour notice so customers did not get a chance to cancel the subscription before the price increase. Don’t be fooled by the claim of transparency, she hasn’t approved any FB posts for months now because people are asking where their kits are. It’s January 2024 and we’re still waiting on our Christmas kits. No notice of why the kits are so delayed and when we can expect them.

as always the kits are really lovely and expertly done.

Started charging 10.00 more with no notice so when I complained and asked to cancel I am blocked from FB messenger and group with no response! I have never dealt with business practices like that. I will contact my credit card company so they can’t charge me anymore.

I was so excited to get this box, and happily paid the $45 fee for the box. I had been searching for 'bottle' molds to make into potions, and here was a mold of a bottle! I was less enthused to find out that not only was the mold not exclusive/self made, it could be gotten from Amazon for very cheap. A pair of small bottles of AB resin came with the kit, which was nice-but apparently this is the second kit in which the resin provided is simply not enough for the project. The kits went up in price without really giving the subscribers a voice, and in my opinion that was probably spent on the new wrapping.

I’ve been charged twice for a kit I didn’t receive. The last kit that I did receive had a mold that was identical to one I paid $3 for on Temu with about 4 ounces of resin. Not worth $35 bucks. Communication with the owner is very difficult. I’m trying unsubscribe but I get no response.

I'm so confused about what happened to this kit. It went from super fun custom built kits and molds to crap from Temu. Literally everything in this month's box came from Temu except maybe the resin. The value is just not there and I feel really disappointed and taken advantage of after being a subscriber since 2020. Everyone looks forward to the October kit especially and this is a huge letdown. :( I left feedback on Instagram and was blocked. No one reached out to address my concerns.

Love the kits but this box needed some color. Some red, blue, even green would look good in domino’s.

This company has been sold, and the new owner is awful.I started to make a purchase, but didn't finish it. It was finished for me. I did make another purchase, then changed my mind. Communication is nil. After about a week of trying to get through to Wendy, she refunded the one I asked to cancel, but sent me the one that wasn't completed by me. I won't know until next month if she stopped the subscription or not.I had to have my bank reverse the fraudulent one. Wendy refuses to communicate with me. I left a bad review on her Instagram, she blocked me. This person is not trustworthy. Add to that, the kit I was sent was ridiculously stupid.It was a couple molds for dominoes. This kit is nothing special, like it used to be, and the new owner is a thief.

The kits are always interesting and varied.

I signed up for crafts and resin molds not found anywhere else. Towards the end the old owner put very little in the box. I do not hold this against new owner. Only thing about boxes from new owner is the boxes are too expensive for stuff I can find at craft stores for way cheaper. For example 9.99 before coupons for a domino mold at Michael's.

While the company had experienced growing pains, their kits are great for starting new crafts and growing on previous kits. Customer service was also extremely quick and helpful when needed.

The crafts are totally uninspired, the instructions VERY basic, & bizarrely not a single photo of a finished product to even see what you’re supposed to be making! Final product seems designed to appeal to little girls as well. Not for adults. Canceling ASAP. WAAAAY overpriced!

nice products but I would love the ability to see what I am getting. the boxes are just too expensive to waste on crafts I don't do or themes I don't like.
