Great costumer service,
Marta did great job at responding really fast on my emails and linked me to a manager that speaks English so we had good phone communication.
The products I recieved were very well packed; they seperated each 2 solutions, linking them together, rolled in tight plastik.
The paint tubes were packed in carton boxes.
I recieved everything as described in the website.
Nothing was missing.

I’d never heard of this company before but I was looking for a Sizzix electric die cutting machine. Everywhere I looked they were all very expensive, I looked on Craftelier and found exactly what I wanted at a fantastic price, I was sceptical as I’d been scammed before but on trust pilot it was all good reviews. I can honestly say Craftelier are amazing with a fabulous range of items, I will definitely buy from them again. Well done this company 😃

So far unimpressed
So far unimpressed. My parcel has not moved seemingly since the 2nd January. Items ordered on the 30th December 2023. I think the issue is they charge £6 for postage. As such I would expect the postage to be tracked. They use (in my experience) one of the cheapest and least effective postal companies - YODEL. Evri has a a better tracking process and is commensurate in price. They have obviously contracted at a low price and cannot manage the volume of orders. If I knew that YODEL was their preferred courier I would not have ordered from this company and will not again. Also the 15 day thing. You should just say 21 days as that is what you mean. 15 working days? In most countries people work 8 days a week (literally) so this is a 'old time' legal fallacy. You need to be honest with customers to manage expectations around delivery and have a proper website which tracks parcels. As mine has not moved. It is waiting for you to send it. EXASPERATING. Great shopping experience
Have placed two orders from Craftelier and am more than happy with my shopping experience with them. Orders to the UK take about 2 weeks and tracking details are given. My orders were well packaged and my items were great quality. I'm happy to continue shopping with them. :O)

Not recommended to anyone who actually cares if and when their parcel will be delivered!
So far not recommended at all. I've just opened the case about my first and the last order at Craftelier.co.uk: "Hello. On your website it says order complete. On the courier website it says, that Craftelier MW is preparing my item for The Delivery Group to handle 23/11/2023 03:31. It's been 2 weeks with no updates. I am going abroad in few days and will be back after couple of months. This means parcel won't be delivered and I will request a full refund. I appreciate your last email saying you cannot track parcels overseas, but you should be able to track everything you're sending. Otherwise how can I prove to you undelivered parcel and ask for the refund, if that would be the case? This situation is unacceptable. Even my orders from China travel faster. For example Temu took an immediate action when there was no update on the delivery for 7 days. Do something about it or you'll see the refund request in few days. Waste of time. I could order somewhere else. I've read positive feedbacks abt you, this is why I've placed the order. This was the first and the last time I have ordered anything from you. Even if it would be delivered tomorrow, the fact that the customer is stressing about the parcel possibly being lost as of no updates on the delivery for 2 weeks, it is still a very bad and stressful situation. Especially when there's no help from the seller saying they have no access to the tracking information." So as you can see, maybe I paid few £ less, but I still placed the order for over £118, which I am not sure will be delivered. I wouldn't recommend this seller to anyone who likes to know when their parcel will be delivered. In any case I will post updates on the situation here.
UPDATE:
I've just found out that my parcel should be delivered by Yodel. On their tracking page it says that my parcel is still with a sender. It might have not yet reach the UK so I appreciate what the seller says, they cannot track parcels overseas, but to me it looks like the parcel didn't even left the sender!

Took my money and then didn’t have products took 10 days to tell me!!
I ordered €150 worth from Craftelier and I received confirmation that they have received it and are processing it. 10 DAYS later I get an email to say they don’t have the products in stock and a few weeks to Christmas!! Very bad service!! I do not recommend this company.

Firstly, the website is hard to use. After scrolling down a page, I always am unable to see the full range of products at around the 1000 item mark point. There is a limited range of categories to use to help us browse through the enormous range of stock. Unfortunately, the stock is nearly always out of stock...
Secondly, there is no tracking ability whilst the order is overseas. This is not good enough. We should be given this information. What is the point of having it in the UK otherwise? The whole point of tracking is to know that our order is safe and if it goes wrong, where it is.

I purchased craft machine for a present for my wife. The communication from Craftelier was excellent from start to finish. I emailed the company several occasions, always received a positive and immediate reply.
I was always given verification of the status of shipping and any questions answered. I always had contact with the same person. A really great company and would have no hesitation to use Crafelier again.

It is a pleasure to shop with Craftelier. I am living in Ireland & they are the best European based craft supplies store IMO. Most of the time, their prices are lower than others including Amazon. Shipping rates are very good compared to other European stores. Highly recommended, 5 stars! 🤩

Quality items, but requires more communication
Upon receiving my order, I could tell that this shop carries quality items for a good price - I bought a Hobonichi Weeks at a discounted price and really love this item. The only issue I had is with the lack of communication between the time of purchase (23rd of September) and the time the item arrived (6th of October). This could easily be remedied if the seller had just sent an email regarding the estimated time of arrival for the package instead of giving a long timeline that the package could possibly arrive in as I had a lot of anxiety checking my tracking every day and not getting any updates.

They have now corrected their website so it’s now easier to see the thumbnails
And the delivery is a lot faster now . So they have improved a lot. Parcels now take a week to get delivered instead of 4 weeks.
Their website is an absolute nightmare to navigate. The images of the products on some items are like tiny thumbnails, impossible to view unless you press on each item. It also freezes and plays up. I used to buy a lot of items from here, but I just don’t bother anymore, trying to browse leaves me gritting my teeth in frustration.
Their delivery is also extremely slow. Takes approximately 1 month if not longer from them to the uk.
Their customer service also isn’t great either.
I once emailed about the problems with the website, and their answer was no one else seems to have a problem with it.
I really think that’s not true. As like I’ve said it really is a nightmare. And I look at a lot of craft sites, so I can easily compare.
Whoever did their new website needs sacking, and they need to get it back into some kind of working order.

i ordered on the 15th
i ordered on the 15th , 10 to 12 days they said for delivery but its now the 28th & no order no tracking nothing! i phoned & spoke to someone but they pretty much fobbed me off with some bs about weekdays but even if they posted on the 19th it should still be trackable & in the uk by now bs . im giving it 2 more days but i think its shoddy servioe & i wont be ordering again

Perfect e-shop

That is just right out a lie. You have given 0 solution, not once in the conversation have you offered anything. I gave you all the information, and every time you wanted more and more and more, one video proof after another after pictures and so on. I gave everything and you just wanted more, until I was left with the feeling that I was a lier in your eyes.
I am a very disappointed and sad customer. I bought different ink Stamps in one order, everything I have owned before in the past, and know how to stamp (a child knows how to stamp)
When they arrived one of the stamps unfortunately was dried out, and wouldn't leave any stamp on any papir. I wrote them and told about the situation, and linked pictures and video proof of the ink pad not working. I get a response that I don't stamp correctly and then they start to lecture me about quick drying inks, which has nothing to do with it not working.
Thats where we are at now, I feel like I get the blame for a simple item not working, and no good solution in sight. Very disappointing.
