Amber at CPS was fantastic and made our experience so smooth. She found a range of properties that met our criteria, then she took us on a tour of our favourite. The process from finding and viewing the house to signing took no more than an hour due to Ambers efficiency and help, we really appreciated her time and friendliness.

Amber was very helpful and chatty, showing us multiple homes in our budget and providing an unbiased input into our conversation which was extremely helpful.

As a private HMO landlord in Cardiff, I have been using CPS homes for the past 6 years to secure and process my Occupation Contracts each year.
They are extremely professional and I have always been very impressed and felt reassured using them. The entire process each year which includes setting up the deposit scheme registration and Occupation contract, has been exceptional.
Rhys , Rhiannon and Angharad have ensured this entire process runs seamlessly for me each year.
