CPS Homes Reviews

They made the whole experience quick and easy. Erin Gwilt, in particular, was extremely helpful.

They consistently let our property, never struggled for tennants! Thanks Kacey.

very helpful for young first year students with everything explained clearly, no one made us feel rushed or pressured and viewing the housing was straight forward with plenty of time to see every room in each house.

Good experience and good driving

We have been with CPS for 14 years and are happy with the service we receive. We still have to keep a watching eye on what they do for us to make sure we achieve the correct outcome but overall their service is good and the staff are always willing to resolve and deal with any issues.

Great experience with CPS Homes, we were shown multiple properties all under our criteria which were so helpful in finding our home

Kacey has managed & let our properties . We have been very happy with the service, she has been efficient and professional .

We have been with CPS for 15 years and they have been consistently excellent throughout. This has been true for the letting service, the management of tenants and property team who have always been a pleasure to deal with.
Our experience of the sales team has also been excellent.

Adam was really helpful, showed us properties we were interested in and also showed us some that were in Cathays that were in our price range. We loved our thrift viewing, headed back and the process was very easy and we secured or third year home! He was so polite and made it the exciting experience it should be!! CPS were great! Thanks!

Great service, patient staff. Abraham was very helpful and answered all our questions, even got bottles of champagne after placing the deposit to celebrate!

I am with CPS in third year now, dealing with them i find very easy and reliable. They let and manage my house and their service is excellant. I dealt with Charlotte, Velislava and other staff and never had any issue. I recomend them as good letting agent.

Charlie made this experience enjoyable and informative. We decided on a house that day and got everything locked in super quick. Efficient work

I've let my Properties through CPS for about 20 years and they have never let me down. Rhys in particular always has time to help and I trust his judgement and his comprehensive knowledge of the student letting market. To be honest I find all the CPS staff very pleasant to deal with

Rhys and the team at CPS have delivered once again! Year after year, their proactive and efficient approach makes letting our property a breeze. They found tenants within a week, and the property is already let for the next academic year. Fantastic service as always—highly recommended!

All the staff members were friendly and so helpful in explaining the process and answering all of our questions. Alice showed us around the houses in Cathays and she really helped explaining how the rent would work and when we could move in to the house. The process was very quick and we have a really nice house!

Service and support as a longstrandig rental at 21 Woodville Road mentioned all maintenance team /support staff Tracy -Rhys and Ernie - always good and helpful with ideas and advice- cps keep up the good work

Hannah was very helpful guiding us through the stress-inducing journey that is house hunting for 2nd year.
Twas a late Tuesday evening and the rain was just relentless, I and my fellow companions piled into the agency wondering where the evening will take us. Alas, our saviour, Hannah (great slickback by the way) was able to answer all our questions and provide us with a perfect 6-person house, minutes away from
the Woody and Misfits, what a score.
We'd all like to apologise to Hannah because our group was very hectic and probably the last thing she needed before she clocked out. Hannah, I owe you my first born. Youre a real one.

So decent tbf. Great gaff

Rhys Owen is friendly and knowledgeable about the local market. More importantly CPS rented out our properties with two weeks.

Murphy was amazing , he was very helpful with helping us pick the perfect house and providing us with all the information that we needed
