Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 90 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported not receiving their ordered items, or receiving products that were completely different from what was advertised and often of poor quality. Reviewers frequently mentioned that the products received were substandard, broken, or not fit for their intended purpose, leading to frustration. People also consistently experienced poor customer service, with many emails and messages going unanswered, especially when trying to resolve issues or request refunds. When responses were received, they often involved template replies or offers of partial refunds that were deemed insufficient for faulty or undelivered items. Conversely, a small portion of people felt that some products, such as a sink wrench, cultivator, posture brace, melon slicer, shammy, and corn planer, were effective and useful for their specific tasks.

The are scammers

The are scammers. They say they are selling a 360 rotatable razor and the videos and pictures show a decent razor.

However, the razor they actually sent to me was a crappy cheap thing I wouldn’t spend any money on.

It’s a completely different product and doesn’t have a rotating head.

It’s flagrant false advertising and I hope that they face consequences.

I ordered a 2-in1- mini curling Iron. Video showed it being used as a curling Iron. When it arrived the packaging said "hair straightener"I tried to curl my hair to no avail. I have contacted the service department 3 times, asking for a refund & a return postage at their cost. All emails have been ignored. I purchased with PayPal, so are now contacting them for a refund.
Obviously they are not concerned about bad reviews.

Why was I such an idiot

Why was I such an idiot? I should have guessed the item I bought might never be delivered. But here I sit, a feint glimmer of hope on the horizon that Cozyhoome is real and that the joke tracking service will tell the truth.
