It's a compete scam. They have no intentions of sending you what you purchased. They just string you along until you give up.

Don't buy from them!!!! Scam fraud!!!! Im reporting them!!!! Ordered 2 months ago spent 80 some dollars and still nothing!!! They claimed i put my address wrong so I sent them my adress again but also checked my order info and my address was right. Its been months and nothing so if you want money stolen order with them

I received an item I never ordered and charged for it too 😡

Waited weeks for delivery, the item came and is completely poorly sized.
I want to return it but they are now ignoring me.

I ordered three quality nail clippers advertized on Facebook by Cozy home dot com

Instead, six weeks later, I received an empty package without any identification from “Gehers Hotys” located in a storage unit in south Chicago.

Their help center responded suggesting that my package had not been shipped yet. I provided tracking details and photographs of my package. They have not responded, and most likely will not.

This product has been advertised under different distributers. The ads are very convincing and well-produced. But sending empty packages or random junk seems to be a common experience from people who ordered this and other products from Cozy Hoomes.

This slim sink wrench reached a nut behind the basin that my other tools couldn't. The handle isn't super comfortable, but it helped me fix a leak myself!

These mesh ankle socks keep my feet dry on long runs. The toe seam did start to pill after the third wash, but they still feel comfy in my sneakers.

With this phone screen magnifier, I can finally watch shows without squinting. It reflects the ceiling light, but dimming the room a bit solves it.

This leather patch did a great job hiding a rip on my sofa. The color is a pretty good match, and it's much cheaper than buying a new couch!

The patch covers the scratch on my sofa well enough. The color is a shade lighter than the sofa's fabric, but it works for a quick fix.

The FarmFlex cultivator powered right through my rock-hard backyard clay. It's impressively strong, though the handle is heavy so I just pace myself.

Bought the draining mat for next to kitchen sink , for a start it is much smaller than the one in video, and not very pliable unable to roll it as in video. Never gave a size in the description. Far too small !! Just don’t bother buying it

I would never buy from this company. I've tried to tell them that the socks don't fit, they're so tight. They're supposed to be between a 9 and a 12-point size. I mA size 10. There should be plenty of room. The socks are so tight, they're uncomfortable. I let them know that now they want me to take a picture of the socks. On my foot, that's ridiculous. They need test.Send me my money or the right size

I bought two water guns.
The water guns stopped working very quickly.
Recharged the batteries - water guns don't work.
Never again.

I can finally watch shows on my phone without squinting thanks to this screen magnifier. It makes the picture much bigger and even helps cut down on glare in a dim room.

Ordered weeder. Had same experience as another reviewer that ordered one. Nothing like picture. Angle all wrong. Not fit for purpose. Didn't get weeds out. Said could use it standing up. That wasn't possible due to shortness of it. Do not buy. Waste of £10

Unlike other reviewers I actually had a good experience with customer service! I received a prompt response and was a sent a link when I emailed to say I could not track my order . My issue was with the product itself - the weeding implement . It was nothing like the one featured in the adverts which looks well made and robust . The one I received was almost like a child’s toy ! The angle at which the weeding head joins the shaft is all wrong and will not grip the weed . Moreover, one still has to bend contrary to the claims made . The end of the shaft broke on first use .
I emailed the company about the issues and haven’t heard anything. As it was on offer I only wasted £10 . Very glad I did not buy at full price!
