Purchase through cashback website and never receive cashback. Tried to ring cover choice and they just dont care. As long as they've got your money that's all that matters to them!
They were good in advising for the cover taken via them but have not honoured the cashback part of the deal. Not returning call and no response to email. Very poor experience

After showing an interest in different types of insurance I was contacted by Cover Choice via email. The advisor's name was Claire and I contacted her shortly afterwards in regards to an income protection policy that I wanted to enquire about. Claire was very efficient, friendly and also professional. In a very simple way she explained to me everything I needed to know and provided me with a quote that I was happy with, so I took out a policy with the Cover Choice. Apart from the fact that the company provided me with a very competitive quote, the service was delivered in a very swift and eficient manner.
