Good service so far, I made one small claim on a car rental last summer (small bumper scratch on a bumper full of scratches) I had photos of everything except that section of the bumper, was hit for 300€ .. submitted my claim, was all sorted within 30 days .. have just renewed for another year

‘Which’ recommended. Simple and easy to arrange and….
I had been quoted £350 to add full insurance by one of the major renters for a 14 day hire costing £400……
This annual policy cost less than £70…amazing value!

Gigantic empathy and comprehension showed!
I bought a car policy without worldwide coverage and when I reach the car dealer in the USA they made me pay I had a full coverage for a value of 600 dollars. I was travelling with my family and I had to made a quick decision.
The day after I received an email from Cover4Rentals (C4R) informing me that I could upgrade the insurance policy but it was too late...I had already paid 600 dollars. Imagine the frustration and the pain for my wallet.
After explaining this to C4R they have supported me and reimbursed the money (75 euros) showing an enormous amount of comprehension and sympathy. I will definitively be using C4R again in the future and I will always recommend you. Thank you and God bless you.

Great Value and outstanding Support
Cover4Rentals is my go-to choice for closing the gaps that standard rental car insurance policies often leave behind and avoiding the expensive additional insurance options offered by rental companies at the counter. Not only is Cover4Rentals very competitively priced, but it also provides excellent coverage and great value for money.
What impressed me even more, however, was their outstanding customer service and flexibility. Due to an unexpected surgery for my father-in-law, I had to postpone my trip at very short notice and therefore needed to cancel my policy. Although the terms would normally not have allowed for a refund, Cover4Rentals handled my case with great understanding, compassion, and without any hassle.
A huge thank you to Molly from Customer Support for her kindness and exceptional assistance during a difficult time for our family.
