It's of course difficult to rate your services as we haven't had cause to make any claim.

Customer service not a priority

As an additional comment, they have replied to my trust pilot review within 24 hours, yet say it will take 5 days to respond to our cancellation and request for refund, which was done within minutes of arranging our policy. This poor prioritisation, which puts defending a 3 star review above customer service, means I am changing my satisfaction score from an initial 3 to a 1 star. As the booking process was easy, a promise to cancel and reimburse immediately (given that we cancelled within minutes) would have resulted in a high review score. The fact that they will keep our money for at least 5 days before responding to our cancellation, while defending a 3 star review within 24 hours, is very short-term thinking on their part. A negative, if dealt with promptly, can often be turned into a positive.
