This is an interesting platform for getting into sports cards, etc. Bypass the endless opening of packs to find avg cards. Is this considered an alternate investing space…only time will tell.

I feel I’ve opened a lot a lot a lot of packs and still have yet to hit one of the top 3 chases of said packs you guys put out. I feel like I’m due lol. So hopefully hit rates are a bit better. Because pulling the same card back to back to back is annoying and aggravating. I’ve spent a lot of money on this site to get hosed over and over again.

I recently had a really frustrating…

I recently had a really frustrating experience with Courtyard, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend using their service.
First off, their customer service is extremely poor. It’s very hard to get any meaningful help, and when you do reach out, you’re often left waiting for days without a response. What makes it worse is that they appear to be active, yet still choose not to reply in a reasonable timeframe.
Another major issue is the shipping cost. I was charged over 50 euros just to ship a card worth around 100 dollars, which feels completely unreasonable. The pricing doesn’t match the value at all and makes the whole experience feel like a rip-off.
Overall, between the slow and unresponsive support and the excessive shipping fees, the service just isn’t worth it. I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Awesome overall

The site and app have great customer service. Tech problems on my end, and they helped where they could.
The updates and improvements have been fun. Loved the Raffles, and more uses of points.

I would ask for a "reject offer" button

Intuitive platform and great experience

I’ve been using Courtyard for some time and I’m very satisfied. The platform works smoothly and feels intuitive, customer support is responsive and helpful, and the collection of collectibles keeps growing with a great variety of packs.

The only improvement needed is more transparency in the process of submitting and shipping collectibles, especially better tracking/status updates. Apart from that, everything works well. I would definitely recommend it.

Pokemon cards are better than money

Pokemon cards are better than money. Frankly gambling on Courtyard saved me from bagholding a ridiculous sum of cryptocurrency that has done nothing but go down and get stolen by North Korean hackers for years. CY's buyback offers and the instant liquidity makes the process quick and relatively friction free because I have spent many months in real life trying to sell valuable but obscure cards and it's quite exhausting when you don't have unlimited capital to work with. The only things I wish the platform offered differently are some kind of duplicate/repetition prevention mechanism on pulls and a more comprehensive way to see recently pulled cards because I'd like to be able to utilize the marketplace more frequently to offer on cards I want and vice versa for selling. It's a little tough to find what you're looking for on an active account or know when it's been pulled currently. Customer service has been very good including resolving a couple complex issues and I've redeemed hundreds of cards over the last 2 years with no outstanding complaints. Courtyard gets an emphatic 4.5/5 from me.

TOP TIER GRAIL EXPERIENCE 🔥

I found courtyard in its very early stages a few years ago and was the sole reason I got back into Pokemon as a hobby. It gave me the opportunity to chase grails with amazing investment potential and still gave the same thrill I loved as a kid. Literally told dozens of my best friends about my experience and now I rip packs and show all my boys how to have fun and make money. Best of its kind in my opinion for any pack ripping , digital asset platform. I’ve grown an amazing portfolio I never would’ve imagined as a kid, and shipped my faves right to my house 👍 top tier.

Was once great.

I used to love the experience, would hit some really nice cards when I first signed up and dropped a lot of money into the site. Recently, the return on purchased packs has been underwhelming.

It started out with a great pull, but went down from there

It started out with a great pull in the baseball pro pack, but went downhill from there. I haven't used it in a while since the value of the pull was almost always much less than what I spent . I also had issue applying discount codes that I received via email. Customer service helped out on this.

It is always a gamble….

It is always a gamble on what you will get. But they do a great job giving the odds upfront and do a great job adding new items frequently. I have shipped many items to myself with no issues.

I would’ve given 5 stars but every single promotion, the last 3 that said, buy a 25 dollar card and get atleast that buy back offered, has not worked, I stopped buying because of the promotions primarily because they never work and I have to get in touch with a rep to fix the issue, I gave up on the last promotion reimbursement and cut my losses.
