The information they provided was helpful, HOWEVER they signed me up for recurring monthly subscription without notification and continued charging me. I reached out and they closed my account but did not give a refund for the recurring charges already absorbed by me. Be careful.

I was charged a few times for a service that I did not subscribe to. The support team member helped with the refund and also refunded many more charges that I had not found yet. He also canceled the account.Great job!! I appreciate this. I am retired and this is a blessing.

The site has been charging me for use even though I thought I had canceled the subscription immediately after my first use. I asked the agent to close the account, then asked if she could refund the previous two months. She did so and I was pleasantly surprised?

Accurate results of court records in my name and DOB. Was told I had "multiple charges keeping me from a real job" even after I told them I just recently passed a federal background check. 😳 your info helped me with my state and the issues I was receiving from a specific company as well as calling Florida and telling them ive only been to Florida once and thay was recently but my cousin Mathew Schwartz/Pierce was living in Florida and bragged to my sister he got out of a DUI by using my info. Got that all sorted out with this companies info and records results.
