Seeing as I’ve been asked 3 times, I’ll edit my review. Course gate finally sent me my PDF certificate, my gratitude towards Rocky for calling me and sorting that out very promptly. That was very professional.
However, I still feel as if the website and other aspects need to be updated…hyperlinks that work correctly, links to social media with the correct pages, a helpline that answers phone calls, live chat that is actually working etc. you need all of these things in order to support customers and help them navigate through your site. Also, if there’s just one person working, please say that as it would be a much better excuse than to say ‘we had a holiday for our colleague’ as an excuse why my order was 5 days late.

I recently completed the life coaching course. It was excellent! Felix-the instructor, was very thorough and informative, whilst keeping the course interesting throughout.
