Delivered to wrong address
Delivered to wrong address - photo “proof of delivery” was of the wrong house. Owner of that house gave parcel back to driver, but email confirmation of delivery not updated so unsure where the parcel went. No contact details on website. Bot chat useless - just kept telling me it’s been delivered.

I wish it was possible to leave zero stars as thats the level of service I have recieved. 3 weeks and have still not received my package. It would be a better service with a horse and cart!

Refuse to contact so that I can meet them at the gate to collect the parcel from Myer.(If I had known they use this company I would never have purchased the item). No other way to get it. Frustratingly slow at responding to emails to sort the issue, no telephone contact so near impossible to make arrangements. No local collection points. They are making it impossible for me to get the parcel. Have the phone number of a manager ( from previous experience) and no response to emails or texts.

My experience with CouriersPlease has been an absolute nightmare, and frankly, a complete disgrace. I city, approximately FOUR HOURS AWAY from my actual addresshad an Amazon parcel with tracking number CPB1TWT6397382 that was supposed to be delivered to me in Wallsend, NSW.
According to their tracking, the item was supposedly "delivered" – but it was NOT delivered to me. Instead, it was misdirected and scanned as delivered in another! This is an utterly unacceptable and baffling error. How can a package be so wildly off course and then incorrectly marked as delivered?
To make matters infinitely worse, trying to resolve this issue with CouriersPlease is like talking to a brick wall. Their 1300 phone number funnels you directly into an unintelligent automated chatbot that is completely useless for anything beyond the most basic queries. It repeatedly refused to connect me to a human being, despite me clearly explaining that my package was lost and misdelivered. It's a ridiculous system that actively prevents customers from getting the help they desperately need.
Emailing their support is also a dead-end for an urgent issue like this; it's too slow and inefficient. I need to speak to an actual person, voice-to-voice, to get this critical problem sorted out quickly. Their customer service is designed to avoid human interaction at all costs, which is infuriating when you have a genuinely lost item due to their error.
This is not just a delayed parcel; it's a fundamental failure of their delivery service and a complete breakdown of their customer support. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed. If you value your deliveries and your sanity, choose another courier. CouriersPlease has proven themselves to be unreliable and impossible to deal with when something goes wrong.
I urge CouriersPlease to provide a direct human contact to resolve this severe misdelivery immediately.

I was expecting an urgent delivery from CouriersPlease. I was at home the whole day as I knew that my package was out for delivery. I then got a "We’re sorry we missed you!" email. Very typical and not the first time this has happened! DO NOT USE THIS COURIER COMPANY! THEY DO NOT DELIVER

Interstate parcel from VIc to WA took 14 days to arrive. Was home on day delivery was scheduled, they did not contact me to come out and collect. Used their link template to reorganise delivery to a depot. A confirmation of request was received. I then received a text with the same link for redilivery. I emailed the company to ask which depot my parcel would be at and if they had my request? I was told the item was still 'between depots', no destination was given. 2 days later they had left the parcel outside my flat on the doorstep. I had left no authority to leave. Really poor communication, unsafe and unsolicited leaving of my parcel and confusing and unhelpful support templates that were ignored anyway.. not impressed, will not purchase from companies that use this delivery franchise in future.

I dont how this so called business is still functioning. They consistently do not deliver and i suspect the drivers are stealing items. Businesses are losing money contracting them. I refuse to now shop with retailers who use them.

Thieves. Booked a delivery of an item. Large package, hard to miss. Item collected - then just "disappeared". No tracking. No detail on what was checked. Just some bs about "your parcel hasn’t followed its usual delivery path" (no kidding, Sherlock). After a week they are like "yeh, we lost it - sorry!" $600 item.

The worst service I've ever…
The worst service I've ever experienced! My parcel has not arrived, I asked for redelivery - still nothing. Tracking says the parcel requires further information and further processing but it is impossible to find out what that means or what information they need because the only 'customer service' they have is a bot that doesn't answer any of your questions.

Parcel picked up and scanned 4 July 2025. No further scanning. Customer service does nothing. They say they check. 16 days and nothing. They have drivers phone numbers. Instead all they do is destroy my business by not delivering. This is business to business. I lose money because l have to make custom product again. They refuse to send lost goods form. Hopelesd

I reached out to Couriers Please via their ChatBot in a panic as I realised some of the address was missing from a parcel I was sending to my Mum in Bendigo (I'm in London).
Joenela got back to me very quickly to confirm that she had received the extra information required, and had forwarded it to the courier scheduled to deliver the parcel that day.
I was so pleased to then receive photographic confirmation of the parcel delivered exactly as requested at my Mum's place, just a short while after I had reached out to the company! Great job on their behalf, and such a relief for me over in London.

Very poor experience with CouriersPlease. Deliveries are consistently delayed, tracking is unreliable, and their customer service is virtually impossible to reach. We’ve had several incidents where parcels were marked as “Business closed” despite our store being open during business hours. No clear resolution is ever provided. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional — I would not recommend this courier to anyone.

This must be the worst company to deal with. You can’t speak to anybody. They won’t leave any consignments unless you’re at home. They should stick to a business address delivery and do not deliver to private addresses because most people work during the day. Do not use these people they are the worst.

Tracking didn't update and still said due for delivery today when parcel not in state at 5pm, courier didn't ring doorbell, no support line to call or email an AI bot which does nothing, elected to redeliver to same address and taken to parcel collection point! Ridiculously poor system and service would avoid at all costs
Lost my order
Courier lost my order. They said they tried to deliver it but were unsuccessful. Trying to contact their support department to follow up on the delivery was useless. Their phone number only has options for pickups and you have to have an account with them. I had a bad experience with this courier.
