If I could leave a negative star I…
If I could leave a negative star I would. I’ve sat waiting for delivery twice, with no knocks or rings on my door. “Failed attempted delivery” notification twice with absolutely no attempted delivery.
Extraordinarily bad customer service
Extraordinarily bad customer service. If you have a question, you can only “communicate” with an AI bot despite the bot noting that email is an option. There are many questions the bot can’t answer, but there is no other form of communication available. Would NEVER choose this courier company myself and will now ask companies if they use it before ordering anything online.
STOP USING THIS SUBSTANDARD COMPANY...
It's not my responsibility to chase "Couriers Please" when an parcel is 5 days late. It's not my responsibility to chase a refund from the store after "Couriers Please" mishandled my parcel, and smashed the contents. Do your job, which is supposed to be "CUSTOMER SERVICE "...APPALLING
The worst courier service ever
The worst courier service ever. On the morning of Wednesday the 17/9/25 I received a message that my parcel was on board for delivery the same afternoon I received a message unable to deliver my parcel. I contacted Couriers Please as advised to do, they advised me that the parcel would be delivered tomorrow Thursday the 18/9/25. On Thursday the 18/9/25 in the morning I received a message confirming that my parcel was on board for delivery, that afternoon I received a message that my parcel was at West Cessnock Newsagents waiting to be picked up? The Newsagents is about 4-5 kilometres away and my car is off the road for repairs, the only option for me is to get a taxi there and back, I'm a pensioner and can't afford a taxi!!!
Couriers Please is incompetent, unreliable and not trust worthy. They can't do the only thing they're supposed to do, deliver parcels to the addressee!!!
I strongly advise people not to use Couriers Please!!! They are SCUM!!!
Couriers Please obviously employes morons who are not capable of doing the job. Couriers Please should not be in business they are not capable of doing.
SHAME ON COURIERS PLEASE, SHAME.
Waited in for a parcel
Waited in for a parcel, was allocated for delivery on the specific day and no one attempted delivery, how do I know for a FACT - My wife works from home and there was no knock on the door, ring of a bell, nor did the dogs bark so I know there was no delivery.
Very lousy service
Very lousy service they said driver tried to deliver but couldn't cause nobody home the thing is I'm at home nobody even tried to deliver
And now I have to wait for them to tell me where the collection point are
Couriers Please
Couriers Please - no thank you! Hopeless company. Product delivery date supplied then a few days after due date received an email to say delayed. Waited for further advice, when none I happened made contact through the ‘Bot’ no other way of course. Received an email with enquiry number. Chased them up. Wanted more information and 30mins later another email arrived stating as they hadn’t received the information (I was out so read both emails together when home and logged in) would close the enquiry! Seems my product was lost i transit! Copied all emails to the supplier. They chased it up and then said would send me replacement product and would use Australia Post this time. This has occurred. Interestingly 48hrs later received email from Couriers Please indicating my parcel was being returned to sender they must have miraculously found it! This is my second time with a delivery issue when a supplier uses this company. Wasn’t the same supplier. I’m going to check in future whether the supplier is using Couriers Please and highly likely I will not order from them.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They lost our client’s parcel — or worse, their driver stole it — and the only “proof of delivery” was a blurry photo of a car tail light. This was supposedly enough evidence to claim delivery to a disabled client. After a long struggle just to get them to take accountability, they finally agreed to compensation. We submitted the forms, waited weeks, and then received an “approved” claim for less than the original postage cost — with nothing for the stolen goods. Their excuse? A single line in their policy stating they “will not cover the first $100 of compensation.”
As a business owner, manager, and customer, I find this shocking. Where is the accountability for a company that cannot even guarantee delivery of a parcel? If one line in their terms voids all responsibility, what exactly are customers paying for?
Completely unreliable, dismissive, and failing to meet even basic standards of trust and responsibility. Avoid this company at all costs.
Never again
Never again will I buy online from any company that uses Couriers Plus.
So inefficient. They will not give an approximate delivery time so that I can arrange to be home, but they will keep on and on attempting and failing deliveries over and over again when I am not there. How is this cost efficient for them as opposed to giving an approx delivery time? My current parcel has now had numerous attempted/failed deliveries so far, and I have now requested a Return to Sender - which means yet another wasted trip for my poor parcel!
If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would.
Been waiting over a week for a simple redelivery with no communication at all. Every time I contact CouriersPlease, they promise to “look into it” and then never reply. Kmart — you really need to change your delivery company, because this is a direct reflection on your service too. Absolutely terrible experience.
Do not use couriers please
these unreliable couriers cost me $1064 because the courier delivering the packaged damaged the product inside and they would not compensate me via insurance do not us these idiots use someone else if you don't won't to lose money be warned
The package was not received despite…
The package was not received despite Courier Ai saying that it HAD been delivered. I have been in all day and it did not arrive. . I contacted Couriers AI, (no human anymore)who said to wait. They have since notified that it had been collected by the customer. I am house bound disabled. I could not collect anything. For your sake I suggest you do not use this carrier company. I now contact any seller/supplier before purchasing anything to ask if they use this carrier service and of course NOT buy the item if they do and tell them why. How they can just lie like this, and where are these packages ending up ????
Couriers Please have to be THE WORST…
Couriers Please have to be THE WORST courier company on the planet. Still waiting for a parcel to arrive and I paid for express post. Might be express post to Mongolia but not to within the same state. Next time I buy something on line I will be asking what couriers they use and if they use CouriersPlease I'll avoid them. Fortunately the company I bought from were happy to replace what I purchased and waiver the cost of postage but why should they lose money because of a totally shitty courier company.
Did not uplift and cancelled contract
I paid for uplift on a particular day. They did not uplift. I contacted them on the site and explained that there was no delivery. There was an automated response “ We are working to address your enquiry as quickly as possible.”Then requested uplift on next day. Again no uplift. I tried to contact by phone - phone was lifted and immediately put down as I spoke. The phone then went onto automatic waiting with that dreadful music continually on. I waited 10 minutes No response.
When you go onto their site to communicate -there are pre ordained statements and no real communication.
I now have no idea if or when they will uplift. I cannot sit in every day to await them. It was claimed that they had tried to deliver without able to get access. We were in all day . I will never deal with them again .
I contacted company and requested cancellation and reimbursement. They apologised for problems and have agreed to refund.
This is the WORST courier company
This is the WORST courier company! I now boycott any companies who send their orders with Couriers Please. Couriers Please NEVER deliver. The driver is soooo lazy. I have seen him dump a pile of boxes with the local newsagent and then sit outside his van for ages smoking. Why don't you do your job and deliver the parcels! I have security camera footage proving the driver never makes any attempt to deliver (doesn't even get out of his van) and despite numerous complaints to Couriers Please they do nothing! I make it very clear to any companies I am about to buy from that if they use Couriers Please then I won't buy from them. They need to know that by using such a bad courier company they are losing business.
I never received an item I ordered
I never received an item I ordered. Seller had to refund me and yet I'm still receiving emails months later to say "We tried to deliver your parcel today but you weren't in or there was no safe place to leave it." Not true original item lost or stolen by couriers. Interestingly, item on board for delivery in QLD, then by the end of the day it was unable to be delivered in QLD....I live in NSW.
I would give zero stars if possible
I would give zero stars if possible. It’s amazing that a parcel can be tracked all the way from Queensland and arrive very close to its end destination in Sydney and suddenly just disappear. It has been extremely frustrating- not only the delay and ultimately losing the parcel but also the length of time to find this out (3weeks!!) and the inability to actually speak to someone about it, not to mention that it meant my daughter could not complete her assignment on time and the inconvenience now of me having to chase up a refund with Target and then try to reorder.
It is totally unacceptable that with all the technology available that you cannot be more helpful.
And, that there seems that there is no avenue to put in a formal complaint and no way to leave a review for your company on your actual site which is very convenient for Courier’s Please.
WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER
This company has been "attempting to deliver" to my address for the last six years. In that time they have NEVER used the intercom to advise me they were "attempting to deliver". I simply receive texts advising a pick up address where I can collect my parcel. I am partially disabled so having to pick up a parcel that was supposed to be delivered to my address is not only infuriating but involves a deal of physical pain into the bargain. MOST UNSATISFACTORY!
Been waiting now 3 days for courier to…
Been waiting now 3 days for courier to collect packet. First day, the driver reported he couldn’t access our house which has no fence, which was a blatant lie. Just tried through their Chat box to talk to their manager, they ignored me. Would never use again. They were contracted by Sendle who have let me down badly as not been able to rectify situation.
CouriersPlease refused a redelivery for…
CouriersPlease refused a redelivery for a parcel that is obviously impossible to carry on my own.
The original delivery window was far too broad—9 AM to 5 PM—making it difficult to leave the house at all that day. To make matters worse, the delivery was five business days later than originally scheduled, with no notification.
By sheer bad luck, their delivery arrived while I was out for just 15 minutes, and they left a missed delivery notice. The parcel was very large, and I had explicitly instructed that it could be left in my apartment lobby if I wasn’t home. Somehow, that instruction was ignored, and of course, I received no phone call.
Later, I tried to request redelivery via their website. After entering the delivery ID, I received an email confirming a redelivery date, so I assumed the issue was resolved. But then I was told to pick up the parcel myself from the collection point.
I complained that they should honor the redelivery confirmation email, but they insist it is not possible.
How am I supposed to carry an estimated 40 kg piece of furniture, on my own, for a nearly 20-minute walk, without a car?
