Absolutely disgusted with this company. No goods sent and no reply to messages. Money that I don't have to throw away. Shameful!!

I received an item and it was very cheaply made that I wanted to return it. I emailed them right away and got an email back that someone will be getting ahold of me. 1 1/2 weeks later I emailed them again and have not heard from them again. So, I lost $45 from them which claims they will give you a refund. Terrible website!

Do not buy from this company, never receive order and no response when contacting them. Total scam and waste of time and money.

Company is a SCAM I ordered the cat bowls they have never been sent. I’ve emailed them several times and no replies.

Now the website doesn’t exist!

I’m just sorry I didn’t do my research properly before I ordered. I paid through Apple Pay so not sure I will be able to get my money back!

Ordered the cute double "cat" food dish on 10/29, they took my $24 and have never shipped the item. When I went back to track shipment, now the website says it's invalid... The ONE time I went against my first instinct and ordered something. I won't do it again.

YES - Definitely it is scam!
Company is scam. Address in Scam. Brittany is scam. Tracking is scam. I lost my $50. I reported it to Amazon because somehow they took my money trough the Amazon Pay. Amazon is going investigate this company. I reported this matter to Amex, they are going also investigate this company (if this is fraudulent-fake company) Amex will reimburse me for my loss. And I am going also report this to Police - Anti-fraud Centre.

I have not received my two orders from Coupana since 3rd November. It says arrived between 10 November to 20 November. I emailed three times and no reply. I am disappointed with them. They robbed my money and they have no respect and they fooled us. Disgraceful

Wish I could leave a zero star review. Product hasn’t arrived after weeks and weeks. No response to emails. Website has disappeared. Can’t believe I’ve been scammed, feel really stupid. Raised a dispute with paypal so just hoping for the best to get my money back.

Don’t really want to give it any stars . I ordered cat bowls they took my money and still no bowls , and still waiting for reply. Wish I had check them ,will never order from them again and will definitely be looking into this ! I will not let it drop!

SCAM. I ordered cat bowls November 1st. I never did get the product. It was promised November 18th. Emailed them to ask where it is?? Of course no response. Now the website is gone??? I ordered through PayPal and am doing a purchase dispute. Such a scam. Stupid people should be ashamed 😡😡😡

Defected, they say they will reach out to you,
But never do, 50.00 down the drain.

I ordered a HexLight™ - Modular Touch Lights - 10 Tiles / Multicolor / EU Plug at the end of October 2019 for 102.27€.

During my order, I've subscribed at their an Insured International Shipping.

I never received my product and they don't care about my complaint.

Now, their website is no longer accessible and their disgusting customer service "Brittany" help[at]coupana.com doesn't answer my emails.

I am very disappointed with my customer experience and this scam company, and I request a refund of my 102.27€ !!

I would give this company a zero. I ordered the cat bowls . Zero response. i wish i did background check on this company. I will be reporting them to BBB and the attorney general in california where supposely they have a office in San Jose.I guess Brittany is the only employee.

Should be no stars. Bogus company. No response. No delivery. No refund. Total waste. Item was paid via Amazon. Have notified them of scam.

If it’s possible I would give this company a zero star rating, they are obviously a scam as reviewed by all the others on this website. My mistake was not reading these reviews before I purchased a suction ball toy for my dog. It nearly injured my dog and they have not responded despite numerous emails

If I could give this lousy company/website less than 1 star would! Absolutely horrible!! I ordered cat dishes that took 5 weeks to get here! They say if you're not happy for any reason within 30 days of your shipment they will refund your money. But they absolutely refuse to answer my emails! They sent a standard form letter reply to every email I sent them! They have no phone number that you can call! I'm only sorry I didn't check on these reviews before I was dumb enough to place an order. They are extremely dishonest and I say beware!

This company deserves a BIG FAT ZERO! Once the order is placed, all I received was an email from "Brittany" saying I will get the tracking information. NOTHING! Almost 1 month now and NOTHING! Do not buy from this company. Biggest scam ever. I will be pursing further action against this company.
