Absolute scam take your money and never respond. Don’t bother with this company

Coupani, is how it was named for me. Add from Facebook for rainbow bath bombs. Got email it was sent over a month after ordering and then got an email saying my order was delivered, in Ontario when I live in Alberta. Tried send ing emails but no reply now my emails are just being undelivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THOSE GUYS!

Like everyone else, I’ve had a horrible experience with them. Ordered 2 bath bomb kits in early Nov., just received a bubble envelope with only 2 bath bombs... was suppose to be 6. Emailed- have heard nothing. Will be reporting them and disputing!!

This was my first time ordering from coupan a - that was 3 different orders for bath bombs. All I have received is an order number. I have emailed them 6 times - no response. I called and the number connected me to someone who wanted to sell me a senior citizen alarm. I plan to contact my credit card account and have them pull those funds. What a rip off! I wish I would have checked on this website before trying to buy something. Sad to steal from people especially around the holidays.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered THREE rainbow bath bombs for my daughter. I waited weeks to recieve these (they were for Christmas) and emailed the company with no response. I finally got a package on the mail from them and it was ONE bath bomb that was broken and crumbling. Never heard from the company. Disputing on my credit card.

I bought this at the beginning of this year. Paid for the bowls but haven’t received anything, This is a total SCAM!!

Since I ordered I haven’t received any info from this company. No shipping info. Sent and email and they responded by saying they would get back in 4-5 days. Gave a tracking link but you just get sent to hex lights page. Luckily I called my credit card company telling them they were fraudulent and they have credited my $ back.

In Nov. 2019 I ordered a cat feeding bowl from Coupana. Several contacts with them said order being processed. I questioned why, six weeks later, order was still being processed. At that point no further response from them. They got their money and I DID NOT get the product.

I ordered hexagon lights from Coupana.com twice! The first time, my order arrived in about 3 to 4 weeks and it was fine! I liked the product so much that I ordered more. They gladly took my money but I never received the product. Finally, after 2 months and many attempts to contact them without a response, I disputed the charge on my credit card and got my money back! Stay away from them! I honestly think they’ve gone out of business!

If I could have put a 0 in I would have. They are SCAMMERS. Of course this was on FaceBook. Still don’t have my product ordered on October 27th. Just put a dispute in with PayPal.

Appalling ordered two raised cat feeding bowls. Never showed up and tried to make contact with the ‘fake company’ and no response. Stole $60 from me 🤬

I ordered a broom on November 9th of last year. Never received the item of course and no reimbursement still. Their slogan is crap “ we’ve got your back” more like your wallet. Total scam. Everyone who runs this company should have to go to court!

Yep stole money from me too. I ordered the raised cat bowls at the beginning of November and no sign of them.

They also stole my money! Wish I had heard of this website before. Chase Bank is helping to investigate them....

They stole my money! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT! Everyone who has fallen victim to them should file a report with the BBB. Their website needs to be taken down and the only way to do this is to notify the authorities.

A report can be filled on the USA gov website under the FBI. Google: "Who do I report internet fraud to?"

I was charged for two items since late October (cat bowls and lint catcher). Order was to be received in November. it is now January of the next year and NOTHING HAS BEEN RECEIVED. i emailed asking for refund got no reply. AVOID THEM!

Ordered 2 cat bowls late October, didn't arrived so emailed them which got a response saying they would be in contact within a few days, never heard from them so emailed 3 more times...nothing ,zilch! Scammers, avoid like the plague, still advertising on Facebook....

I ordered a miracle broom in November. Money was taken out of my account before item shipped. I have contacted them. I was told that they would contact me when my order shipped. They said there was no need to contact them again. I am not done with this. Want my money back. Do NOT order from this company!
