Countyelec seem like a good supplier
Countyelec seem like a good supplier. Very quick and helpful. It's just a pity that the Link2Home bell push didn't work very well. I would use them again but not with this manufacturer.

Can’t make up their mind!
I wanted to purchase 2x Perlight Delta 295w solar panels which came to £278.40 including VAT however the shipping fee was expensive for just 2 panels at £165.
I contacted Countyelec to ask if it would be possible for me to collect the panels from one of their branches which they advised was absolutely fine. They added a “collection in person” option at £0.00 to their website and advised me to refresh my browser and it should appear. I did as instructed and as promised the collection option appeared so I purchased 2 of the panels using PayPal.
An hour or so later I received an email saying my PayPal transaction had been refunded but there was no rationale or follow up email / phone call from Countyelec to advise why.
Naturally I contacted them and the same person who initially advised me that collection was fine then advised me:
“Hello, unfortunately all manufacturers charge for pallet deliveries. We simply pass on the charge.
Your order has been refunded I notice already.”
So I never actually received any products from this company however my experience of dealing with them was a disappointing one.

I'm sorry but all pallet deliveries from manufacturers come at a cost. You asked if you could collect the item from one of our stores which is fine. The delivery from the manufacturer has still taken place.
The review we feel is not fair for a misunderstanding on your behalf. We tried to accommodate your requirements and are now left with negative feedback.
