Order never arrived

Order never arrived. Sales Manager said he would look into it but after a week (and one chase up email), there has been no further communication and my solar installation has had to be delayed.
Will be contacting my credit card company shortly for a refund.

Prompt delivery and good prices

Prompt delivery and good prices. The only issue with this company is the less than stellar search capability on the site. I normally go via google instead.

Stayed for the price - now stop badgering me about pointless Smart Meters

4 stars for the (still) best prices I can find for Electricity on its own (no gas in the sticks). One dropped for the constant badgering about how good smart meters are....the meters that save me about 30 seconds a month from reading my own meter and typing it into the website. The meters that will probably not connect to the non-existent local 4G coverage. The meters that probably will die when the next software update is issued. The meters that save me no money at all....because I switch off everything that can be switched off, when it is not being used, anyway.

We appreciate smart meters are not for everybody, and some member's don't wish to have them and that is completely at your discretion. They do come with a lot of benefits making life earlier in terms of having accurate billing.
