Sizing
Having measured my waist and following sizing instructions I was amazed to find that in long trousers my waist shrinks. However when wearing shorts I have grown to an uncomfortable waistline.

Ordering and delivery are exceptionally good
Easy to browse and purchase from the app. All cotton garments bought have been great quality and price. All have washed well and kept their first worn appearance. The delivery is very fast - just a day or two. Any returns are also very easy to sort. Ordering and delivery are top of the lot for experience.

I bought 4 items ( trousers and blouses) from an advert in a Sunday magazine and was delighted with all 4. Order came quickly, very good value on 50% off offer.... lovely materials, comfortable, accurate sizing, and exactly as advertised.

I had to return an item .
I had to return an item which I left in its original packaging but destroyed the delivery note and outer bag as I very rarely return anything. Usually the sizing and style is spot on. However this relaxed fit jumper was huge. The colour, quality was fine but sizing really wrong. I had no problem with the return at the store as I had order number and the item was traceable with my postcode. Customer service was fautless and money returned promptly.

Quick delivery and excellent quality. I absolutely love the print and fabric of both the skirt and the denim trousers. The items are comfortable, well-made, and exactly as described. Cotton Traders never disappoints — I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend them.
