Very nice lightweight dressing gown. Very promptly dispatched by Cotton Traders but very badly let down by Evri who took six further days to deliver and then to the totally wrong address. Top marks to Cotton Traders, zero marks to Evri.

Need to use a different courier
The product itself is just as expected, a quality product that will meet the everyday wear through the summer and doesn’t lose shape during washing. My only grumble is the cost of delivery and the appalling delay on its arrival. I had an email telling me it was out for delivery and should arrive before 9.30pm but it took a further 4 days for it to arrive. Tried to contact Cotton Traders requesting a delivery refund but their online customer service was useless so it has put me off

The Chino were made of a good quality cloth but were of a baggy design!
I'm still waiting for a refund even though the parcel was delivered bach to Cotton Traders on Tuesday 4.8.26!

Always a good company to buy from with a good quality selection of products the actually fit with the size stated. Ordering online is easy and quick to see if your size/colour is available. Almost perfect but not quite!
It doesn't crease and It is exactly what I wanted ie a light half sleeved simple and attractive summer cardigan. But I wanted elegant sleeves without the flappy loose look that seems endemic these days and the sleeves don't quite make it!
