Was quite disappointed with the amount you deducted from my refund. This was the first time I have ever returned an item and you took £7 i understand you have to cover your cost but thought that a bit excessive. Will make me think twice before buying anything again. J. Talbot

Ordered a pair of crop trousers but material isn’t the same as two other pairs bought this year. Cheap cotton that creases and stretches.

Had to return both items ordered as…
Had to return both items ordered as they were far too big, even though ordered size i always wear.
Also delivery seemed to take a long time, longer than most other high street stores take.

Appalling customer service.
Three items have had the wrong size label in them . I finally lost patience and rang to complain. Customer service was appalling, the man I spoke to could not have cared less. when I said I wanted to close my account, after 15 years by the way, he was totally indifferent. This is the poorest service I have ever had, from any company. I am disgusted. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Love Cotton Traders had a lot from them over many years. This time I had towels just a bit disappointed with the quality. I had towels in the past from them and they were definitely thicker and larger.

Cropped jeans
I purchased the wide legged cropped jeans in all the colours and the wide legged white jeans in a size 16. I was sceptical about ordering but my Mum said I would like the fit and quality material and she was right. All the jeans had elasticated wastes and the material was nice and thick. They all were lovely and I’ve had many comments on the style and colour. I’m definitely a new fan especially as delivery was reasonably priced and quick.
