Really good quality
I recently ordered a lot of clothes from here and picked it up in store yesterday. I was thrilled with the quality and fit. Nothing has to be returned, even the shoes were a perfect fit. I started off by looking on the website for a plain white Tshirt. I usually buy this in a very well known high street retailer but the quality this year was dreadful. So as I looked on line I was amazed at how much there was available, hence the big order. I've already told some friends and recommended they visit the site.
I shall be doing a lot more shopping here now.

The quality and fit is consistent
I was not notified that goods were there, I contacted the store and went today to pick up my order. I tried both items on and was pleased with them. The quality and fit are consistent. My husband came with me and although he didn’t intend to buy, he spent almost £100. We are very pleased.

Excellent customer service

Good service but sometimes garments shrink.
It is easy to order and the range of clothing available is good. Delivery to a store works well for me, and home delivery is also prompt. Returns are trouble free. Customer service is good.
My reason for 4 stars is that I’ve had items that have shrunk in the wash. Eg A pair of trousers for my Mum lost about 10cm of length (these were returned without a problem) and a tunic I’ve just ordered lost 2.5cm in length (I’ve decided to keep this because Iike the colour). Both were a crinkle type fabric, so I can understand why they might be affected by washing, but it’s disappointing to choose a garment at a certain length and then find it isn’t!

My order was fulfilled quickly, contained the correct items and was delivered to their shop for collection. The shop notified me immediately and I was able to collect the goods.
The staff in the Wimborne branch are friendly and helpful.

Really easy to order on line, quick delivery to my local Cotton Traders.
Very helpful staff in store who found my parcel very quickly, I even purchased a cardigan in store whilst I was there, a very happy shopper.

Pleased cream jumperwith the jumper
Pleased with the jumper. But I ordered it to store but was not informed that it had arrived at the store. It was only when I decided to visit store yo see what was happening, I found it had been there for some time. This is the second time this has happened.

Click and Collect locally
I find it really useful to be able to order online and collect at my local Cotton Traders outlet. And no delivery charge! Helpful, friendly staff and free returns if necessary. Which there definitely won't be on this occasion as I was buying a second pair of zip up trainers, which I have worn so much this year that I thought I'd better have a spare pair!
