I phoned you as my parcel hadn't arrived.I'd had a txt from Evri to say parcel delayed then nothing.I spoke to a very polite man who said he would get in touch with Evri.My parcel arrived next day.Thank you and it is so nice to be able to talk to a real person and not AI x

Colour of jacket wasn't as advertised
Delivery was quick. Jacket colour wasn't as described. Advertised as dark brown but is was a reddish colour.

Always good service and good quality

The clothes I buy from Cotton Traders are great. BUT, the trousers I used to buy have changed and not for the better. I will put something in writing to explain but I am unsure where to send it. I do not think here is the right place for that.

Cotton Traders do long trousers for both men and women which, is ideal for us. Ordering online is straight forward and delivered quickly. We also like the fact that they have a shop close by which, will help us if needed. Quality is great and we are always happy with what we buy.
