The products are the quality you pay for, but the delivery via Evri a disgrace. Cotton Traders need to learn that the impression of their company doesn’t stop when the order is placed. Customers need the product. I complained three times and on the end had to resort to phoning very early to even get anyone in customer service. Dealt with you for 30 years but won’t again until I can rely that I will get the product.

Nice shorts for everday use. I bought them at a reducrd price & were good value. I wouldnt have bought them at the original price.

Made of nice cotton. They fit nicely, but not sure whether they will shrink?? I will find out soon.

Clothing ordered for my husband were perfect fit, size and colours.
Delivery service was poor. It took 3 days to arrive despite the fact I paid £6.99 for next day delivery.

I buy things in the sale because it's dear. I like a bargain. The quality is good. The range is good. The sizes are good. I wear mainly cotton, so it's ideal.

Items were delivered really fast. Quality was good .but unfortunately they were not suitable for me . had to return them. Will order alternatives.

I particularly like that you can easily contact the company by phone and speak to someone. Returns process is very straightforward. Trustworthy company but clothing quality is variable. The main downside is that their size chart for women's clothing is useless - everything is enormous - try ordering 1-2 sizes smaller than it says on the chart!

The feedback request was for 'the experience' of my recent purchase which, to me, includes delivery and that was abysmal. if I had known Evri was the courier I would not have placed the order. Even though I was in awaiting delivery, the package was left outside, where anyone passing could have pinched it, and my doorbell wasn't even rung. Unfortunately, this is typical of Evri. I accept I haven't bought a lot from Cotton Traders recently but, if Evri continues to be used, I will not be buying any more.

The free bag that was to come with them still has not arrived despite having a text to say it was on its way

I phoned re next day delivery 4 days down still not arrived. Lady checked everything but 1 item still in stock reordered for me reimbursing for item no longer in stock and next day delivery cost. Coukd no guarantee goods would arrive in time for our holidays day but she was polite dealt with problem immediately

Ordered 2pr of shorts.

Arrived quickly. They’re very comfortable to wear and seem well made.

Received part order had no notification of when other part of order would arrive. Visited shop to ask if they knew what was going on. They kindly phoned customer service and I was then informed that the order would not be completed. It feels if I hadn’t gone to the shop I’d still be waiting.

This was the second dress I bought as the first one, for me, was admired for it's elegance, colour, style and reasonable price and wanted by another family member!

Lovely cotton T shirts which fitted perfectly.
