The refund process is poor
The refund process is really poor the fact you cannot receive a return label to â hotmail account isn’t great customer service. I had to call 4 times until eventually an employer sent a label from her personal email

Good quality clothes at a reasonable…
Good quality clothes at a reasonable price speedy delivery. Reason I didn’t give 5 stars unfortunately t- shirts were 2 big and on the return form you couldn’t exchange for smaller size therefore I had to pay for postage to receive and return items. Therefore I wouldn’t buy again on- line if I didn’t know beforehand that items would fit.

Very easy process. I bought 2 dresses and kept 1 and sent the other back as it didn’t suit me! Cotton traders acknowledged my return very quickly and my refund was paid in a few days! No problem!
