Quality of goods is always good from…
Quality of goods is always good from this company. Prices are too high though.
One item received had wrong size and wrong item in the packet although tagged label correct. Checked returns but it would've cost me to return the item which would've been wrong considering the fault wasnt mine. Couldn't contact Customer service who didnt answer & ran out of 28 days to resolve
Disappointed with cost of return for faulty packaging error. Cost should be waived and made clear on returns info.

Smart dress, good fit
The dress I bought recently is smart and a good fit, though the material is thicker than expected. The process from ordering to delivery only took a few days.
The Evri delivery was on time, but I was disappointed not to be handed the parcel in person. It was left on the doorstep.

Excellent and extremely brilliant experience
Earlier this month (July 2026) I ordered nine different items ranging from printed trousers, roll neck tops, spot tops and ribbed socks. Apologies for the delay in submitting a review but have been a little busy but now I have got round to sending a review the links from the emails you have sent me re sending a review have not worked hence me sending my review straight to Trustpilot.
I would like to give an overall review on the whole order and not submit individual ones as it would be a little time consuming. I found your website so easy to use, spoilt for choice, items beautifully made, colours are beautiful and real value for money. Customer service excellent and an extremely brilliant experience dealing with yourselves - most impressed.
