Bought a pair of sandles for my Mum but had to return as, despite being described as a wide fit, she couldn't get her feet into them as they were way too narrow. Returned for a full refund but they deducted £4.34 off the £19.99 paid, so, ontop of the £3.99 paid for delivery, it has cost me £8.33 just for the privilege of trying on a pair of sandles. No reason given as to why money was deducted!
Not a very good experience

Lovely trousers. I bought one pair at a store, liked them so much got 2 more colours, which were not available in store, online.
Click and collect was the easiest for me.
Had to wait a few days as busy time.

Returns no problem although I haven't had to send much back.

I like the quality of the ladies wear and I think the prices are very competitive. My main complaint is with the delivery which is not so good. My parcel was supposed to have been delivered on Friday between 16.30 and 17.30 so I waited in, then I got a message to say it would later but was still due for delivery that day, it didn't arrive. It was finally delivered on the Monday at around 5pm. At least it came to the right house, in the past parcels have been delivered two streets away, thank goodness for honest neighbours.

The website is so easy to navigate. From placing an order to right through to payments.
Orders are received on time if not early.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a large (20+) number of teeshirts for a small singing group, in a range of sizes to allow for people to try them. I picked them up from my local branch and they were very helpful from start to finish. This included an efficient refund for the shirts I returned once everyone had decided on their size. We love the teeshirts! They are perfect for singing during the hot weather, comfortable and cool, not least as they are 100% cotton. The fit and quality are both very good. Good quality fits and comfortable mens shorts

Normally a good experience however I ordered a dress which was described as 100% Cotton. Definitely incorrect as it is polyester so being sent back.

I purchased six pairs of Jeans in various colours.
They were on offer which made buying a more delightful experience.
They are good quality and have the same comfort as similar trousers which I first bought from this company nearly thirty-years ago.
An excellent range of sizes for waist and leg as well.
Excellent service and with quick and reliable delivery too.

Good quality, fair prices but inside leg measurements on Ultimate and Signature mens chinos a clog out. I ordered 31" for Ultimate and 29" for signature chinos, they were more like 34", which necessitated turning up. I also ordered 29" in the tapered chinos and these were spot on.

So Cotton Traders should address the inside leg measurements on Ultimate and Signature, because they are not as they should be.
