Good quality garments at reasonable price that also wash well. Easy to use web site with good choices. Also plenty of offers on prices that we take advantage of. Only had to return a couple of items, free return and no issue receiving refund. Quick delivery.

good products if the manage to get to you …
you sent the order to the wrong place then told me i had to wait for a refund until evri returned the parcel for my money back aan insult as i never even saw the parcel . on top of that ii was told to reorder and as the items were no longer on offer it would cost an extra 22.5% such a nice way to treat a long term customer on a limited income .! when i get my money back i will unsuscribe and not buy from you again

Ordered 2 pairs os shorts for a…
Ordered 2 pairs os shorts for a holiday, on line from Cotton Traders, leaving plenty of time for the delivery before my holiday. Evri ‘claimed’ delivery had been made even though I was not in. The delivery photo was just a parcel on a floor somewhere. On contacting CT, it was confirmed my items were still in the van so I asked for receivers the next day. Now apparently they were supplied by Debenhams and I must contact them. I did not order from Debenhams and have no contact details for them, why would I? So, items probably stolen, I have lost over £60 because of unconfirmed delivery and no one is willing to help. Very very poor service. Will not use Cotton Traders again
