The products available on-line were of good quality and at a low price. The ability to pickup the order from a local Garden Centre was ideal. No requirement to be available at home and can choose my own time for the pickup. The delivery was rapid and great to have a staff member on-site for the pickup.
When I got home, I opened 1 of the 4 Polo shirts purchased and found it was too large. I contacted Customer Service to request the method for exchanging the shirts for a smaller size. The Agent suggested I should try on all 4 Polo Shirts while on the phone. I did this and discovered 2 were the correct size and 2 were too large. He organised 2 more shirts to be delivered to the shop, where I was able to do a swap them with the returned items. All in all, an excellent and professional service

I ordered homewards, good quality and as described. Order arrived promptly.

Evri let the whole experience down. Given day and time of arrival three days running, only to receive nothing. On 4th day, items finally delivered just before 9am. Fortunately I was in!
I might purchase from cotton traders more often, if I didn’t have to pay for both receiving, and returning items from you. It gives you rather a mean image I think. However, generally speaking, I’ve been satisfied with my purchases.

Whenever I visit Cotton Traders site I always see something I suddenly need. The choice of products is huge from clothing to home ware. Always great quality. Plenty of multi buy offers. The clothing has comfort built in and often have plenty of colour options. Easy to use site. From ordering to delivery is very quick.
Over the last couple of years I have noticed that some of their jersey tops have been prone to shrinkage in the wash even when I have followed the washing instructions.

Soft quilt and lighting and warm and comfortable, one of the most comfortable quilts that I have ever owned. I will be buying another one as and when needed. Highly recommend purchase. I am very happy with my purchase of this quilt. When I get in bed, just feels so good.

Cotton Traders is an excellent company to deal with. I recently had a problem with delivery of items I ordered and Cotton Traders sorted it all out without delay. I love their clothes, great variety of items, types of material and colours. Their items are priced reasonably. They also do a wide range of sizes in both women and men’s clothing. Highly recommended!

Phoned in an order as website wasnt accepting it. Spoke to a lovely lady who sorted it all out for me and was especially lovely as it was nearly closing time but she didn’t rush me at all. Then it came to my pick up point very promptly and the lady there said I could try it on which as brilliant. 10/10 customer service right there way through.
