Returns for cotton traders
Ordered a pair of linen trousers for my wife unfortunately she didn't like the feel of the material and were longer than what i expected so I returned them via a cotton traders shop I didn't have to do anything else just gave them the return slip and was refunded my money next day this is a first time for myself to return an item from cotton traders i would recommend these traders

I am quite new to Cotton Traders both via the email/internet method of purchase and have found the method of buying clothing most efficient. I have been very pleased with the items I have purchased so far and intend to use them again. When an item was unacceptable, returning it for a refund was straight forward.

The denim shorts took a long time to…
The denim shorts took a long time to come.
They were mid thigh on me despite the photo on the model.
The fabric was soft and comfortable but the shorts I returned, just not for me.

Fantastic trousers
The other reviewers were right - the trousers are really great. They exceeded my expectation. The only slight niggle is that they do not have a 30" length so I bought 31 and will have to take them up.

Cotton traders are brilliant
Cotton traders are brilliant, clothing always top notch however your delivery company leads a lot to be desired. My recent order CT13271997 was supposedly dispatched and delivered, the courier even provided a picture of it being delivered and a time, date but the picture provided didn't show the door number or the person receiving it, upon questioning this as I had not received it. I was then told it was stuck in the depot. I eventually received it but it does not feel me with confidence for future orders I may place.
