Stitching on trousers pockets poor.
Stitching on trousers very bad on pockets. Stitching has come undone on 2 pairs of the same trousers. (elasticated waist Action Trousers). Car keys fell out of pocket twice. Love the trousers but tempted not to buy again, because of this. Very disappointed.

Sandles the metal part holding the straps on were so small as to be a joke, very poor quality in my opinion.
I made a mistake ordering the shirt I did not realise it was cotton plus artificial material. I have to say you specified cotton and one had to pan down to see the artificial fibre.

Delivery company a major problem
The trousers I bought were absolutely fine and am pleased with them. My problem is the fact that the delivery company used is Evri. They never deliver to the correct address and my neighbour - from a different road - had it delivered to her and kindly brought it to me.
