Charging delivery AND returns
Charging for delivery and for the return was not what I expected. I have ended up paying £7 for absolutely nothing. Will never order anything from you again. Happy to pay for delivery but not to return. Thankyou.

Excellent products when you can actually order them
Cotton traders products are excellent, what is not excellent is sometimes when I want to place an order I get the message unable to make transaction please contact your debit card company or bank.this happened to be at the weekend, yet around seven days before this using my card I was able to purchase an item of clothing from them. So instead I ordered things through dealers on Amazon using the same card I tried to use with cotton traders a few hours before and guess what…..no issues and I’ve just taken delivery of items from Amazon. What I’m saying is that there seems to be a glitch in the software that they use. Apart from that, when I can order the clothing is of excellent quality.
