Received items, all 3 products were faulty,photos sent... they would not accept them back and offered £5 refund!

Avoid at all costs. Damaged goods sent, nothing like the picture advertised. Impossible to get hold of the company for a refund. Complete con!!!!!!!

Totally agree with all the 'legimate' reviewers on here not the one review US ones that are obviously fake !!!
I also purchased 2 light-up letters - to say the quality is poor is an understatement. The edges are so rough and sharp they are dangerous. The flowers in the resin (well the 2 flowers in there!) are dead and totally void of any colour and the rest is just grass - I'm too embarrassed to give them out to my friends as the intended Christmas presents they were. After waiting such a long time for them to actually be delivered and the same old "it's on its way, the tracking isn't working, we've sent you out a replacement" lies that others are also reporting on here I'm not even going to bother requesting a refund. I'll just learn my lesson, not purchase via Instagram again and hope other people avoid these sham company!

I received my illuminated letter after waiting 4 weeks.It is very poor quality with rough ,sharp edges.Only 4 crumpled flowers in it,nothing like the advert,I'm very disappointed ,this was for a Christmas present but don't think I can give it,

Initially overcharged me but did rectify this when I contacted them. They sent out a broken item. The bit that was missing was not in the box so it was posted already broken. The item was listed as being rechargeable (it is not). I was sent lots of fake delivery updates saying it was being shipped from America (postage label was from China).

I contacted them for a replacement or refund. They offered me £3, then £5 and they said this should be more than satisfactory (item was about £12 with additional postage on top).

Would recommend to avoid at all costs.

1 star is too much !!! AVOID THIS COMPANY. Purchased 2 light up letters - the quality is the poorest I’ve come across - the edges are so sharp they are dangerous and nothing like they promote - requested refund of £22 to be told that they’d reviewed video and they didn’t accept them faulty - offered £2 !! I will take this forward but do not buy from them - awful product and awful customer service - scammers

Ordered from Cosyfest three of the flower letters and all three came broken and damaged. I asked for a full refund on all three of them and I have been totally refused even though it is in their terms and conditions. They have had no intentions of sending a refund I would avoid like the plague.

Would give zero star if possible. Ordered an illuminated letter on 27th September and still not received. Their tracking data says its been at a local delivery company for the last 12 days. Called the delivery company and they don't recognise the tracking number. Emailed Cosyfest twice and get a automated reply with the same tracking data. Definitely a Scam raised a dispute with my bank and reported to Action Fraud. Avoid this seller.

Ordered a light. Still waiting for delivery 3 weeks.

Really disappointed with the quality of the product I received. The light up letter was badly made and didn't work. I contacted the company to ask about sending it back for a refund, they asked for photos and then said nothing was wrong with it.

Bought the “Merino” yarn advent calendar. Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive & what a disappointment. The yarn does not weigh up to the quantities it’s sold as and as for it being Merino.. I tested every single skein and what a surprise each one is 100% highly flammable acrylic.

Scam. Look at the 5 and 4 star reviews, all fake as all people given just one review ever 😂

The product I ordered was of appalling material and quality. Getting in touch was difficult and no return option. Lesson learned. PLEASE AVOID !

Scam. I ordered one of their floral resin letters over a month ago and nothing has arrived. They say they can’t locate the order as I don’t have an order number as they never sent me one. Just a discount off my next order.

Order was a letter, was very small and very poor finish,so rough you could cut yourself on the back, not USB as stated but battery box hanging from it and as for the flowers only 3 very dry looking ones that don't even look real!
A 2yr old could have done better!😡

Would give no stars if I could. Overcharged on order. Took four weeks to arrive, wrong size sent and wrong colours. Zero response from over 20 emails sent. This is an absolute scam and if they were going to steal your money, I’m amazed they sent anything at all. Avoid like the plague, this is a genuine review from snd a grey purchaser

Ordered 3 letter lights and a hair turban back in September, they took too much from my account and they only arrived this morning. The letter lights do work but they are smaller than my hand and not worth the money. They'll serve as a stocking filler for Christmas but lesson learned, I will not buy from this company again.

Bought miss rachel doll as they advertised as genuine well what a joke it is ripped and no on and off button
And they are saying they will refund 3GBP as it will cost me to much to send back to china
How these companies get away with selling products and advertising them as the genuine thing with miss Rachael as there promoter on their video is disgusting
I would not even give a one star rating but had no option as it would not let me continue

Ordered some letter lights from them on 7th October 2024. Still not arrived despite me emailing them which they have ignored. Charged my credit card too much also! Really not happy and I have opened up a fraud case with my credit card due to this - this screams scam - avoid at all costs

A very very worst company. I purchased the product on 25th Sept. 2024 but till today 24th Oct. I received nothing and it was my friend's birthday gift now I missed it. I have texted cosyfest a few times and the support team said they would resend the product but it didn't come again. Today they sent me an email and asked me to buy again and will give me a 15% discount! It is ridiculous!!!!! I think it's a scam! No product, no refund!!!
