Over-all it was a great experience

Over-all it was a great experience, and the only problem I had was part of my order was out of stock, and I wasn't notified about it. I would buy from them again. The item was in perfect condition, and works great.

Delivered on time. Yay! Easy set up. Works great as fan and ionizer. Cooling light flashing, won’t turn off

Bought for my spouse who has MS and can’t function in the heat. Overall, our room is cooler with the fan. I like the added humidity in the room and the ionizer function. I think the cooling function may not be working to optimum. Cooling light flashing usually means the fan needs more water. The tank is full. We’ve followed the Troubleshooting guide steps—the light is still flashing. If the machine thinks it has no water, is the cooling function actually working? Not sure. I assumed the ice boxes would go into the large water tank. They don’t. They go into a smaller one up top. I’m not sure if they are adding to cooling.

The delivery was good

The delivery was good. An easy chair to put together. Not super comfortable and very low, but it does look nice, so overall a good purchase for the price.

I ordered a dryer the same time as a…

I ordered a dryer the same time as a washer, I received the washer in a timely fashion but the dryer apparently had to be shipped from your u.s. location, I waited 2 weeks and cancelled then you said it was already shipped and I would have to pay a fee of $35. After many emails back and forth you finely refunded my money.
Terrible experience with your company and disappointed.

Sturdy Patio Umbrella

We had been looking for a patio umbrella that was strong and sturdy. We had purchased one years ago from another supplier that was great, strong and sturdy, which eventually broke because it was old and well used. Since then we have purchase many flimsy umbrellas that basically break whenever there is a gust of wind. This umbrella seems to be like the first one we purchased and we are very happy with it so far.

Not as expected

Product arrived in time. However, not happy with product. Everything put in outdoor box was soaked after the rain. Purchased for cushions etc to be protected from rain, disappointed.

I am very disappointed with my recent…

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. My order was placed on June 16, and I have still not received any of the items. Throughout this process, I was unable to obtain any shipping updates or status information until I contacted Costway myself. Even then, the information provided by Costway and FedEx was inconsistent and contradictory, leaving me without any clear understanding of where my order is or when I should expect it.

As of today, I have received nothing, and the lack of communication and mixed messages has caused significant frustration
Thank you for your message. I appreciate the clarification you provided, and I would like to share my perspective as well.

There was no way for me to know that my order was being shipped from the United States due to a stock shortage in Canada. A simple email explaining this situation—and how it would affect tracking updates—would have been very helpful.

When an item is listed as "clearance," it is reasonable to assume that the product is already available in Canada. Clear communication about stock location and shipping delays would greatly improve the customer experience.

The product seems to be of very good…

The product seems to be of very good quality, although we haven't had a chance to use it yet but first impression is good!
Communication for delivery could have been a bit clearer. I realize the item had to come from the USA but Fedex wasn't very detailed as to when the delivery would be and then all of a sudden it arrived.

3 Separate Deliveries Over 3 Weeks for a Large Order....Hmmmm

When all the items I ordered were received, it was nice to set them up and start using them. I received 3 separate deliveries over 3 weeks. This could be improved when placing a large order.
The outdoor cushions and matching chairs (which assembled in no time at all) were a great way to spruce up my patio. The dehumidifiers work really well in the house and eliminate a large quantity of water I didn't know was present. The teak shower bench compliments my newly renovated bathroom.
All in all, I will return to Costway Canada for any additional items I may need for my home.
