Not as expected
Product arrived in time. However, not happy with product. Everything put in outdoor box was soaked after the rain. Purchased for cushions etc to be protected from rain, disappointed.

The product seems to be of very good quality, although we haven't had a chance to use it yet but first impression is good!
Communication for delivery could have been a bit clearer. I realize the item had to come from the USA but Fedex wasn't very detailed as to when the delivery would be and then all of a sudden it arrived.

3 Separate Deliveries Over 3 Weeks for a Large Order....Hmmmm
When all the items I ordered were received, it was nice to set them up and start using them. I received 3 separate deliveries over 3 weeks. This could be improved when placing a large order.
The outdoor cushions and matching chairs (which assembled in no time at all) were a great way to spruce up my patio. The dehumidifiers work really well in the house and eliminate a large quantity of water I didn't know was present. The teak shower bench compliments my newly renovated bathroom.
All in all, I will return to Costway Canada for any additional items I may need for my home.

Small but modern
Patio furniture is really cute, has modern look for a reasonable price. It wasn't too hard to put together. You definitely need 2 people, and it took about an hour for my husband and I. I'm sure it wouldn't even take as long as that for someone that is good at putting these things together. Cushions are not that thick as I would have liked, but you get what you pay for, and this was the price point we wanted to spend. Package came pretty quick in 2 boxes, but came in seperate shipments. Overall, I would recommend for someone that can't afford super expensive patio furniture, but want something nice and modern. Fits in a small space.

There was an issue with shipping, the website said 3-10 day delivery, but it was over 15 business days when all pieces finally came. The furniture seems to be decent quality, set-up was fairly easy. Customer service was responsive when I had questions for them. I would probably order again.
