Great customer service by Ankur. I emailed a query which was answered promptly and courteously (is that a word!). I always use Cosmetics Now (see my review titled GUINOT GALORE) because it is an Australian owned company and offers very competitive prices for their products. Will continue to use and definitely recommend. Nice touch of added freebie with purchases.

Bloody pathetic. Selling stock they don't even have! Ordered an EXPENSIVE bottle of perfume for my wife for valentines day, making sure to buy well in advance ( 10 days prior ) and they haven't even GOT the stock yet to send out to me!!! HOW BLOODY PATHETIC! I'll make the traditional trip to the shops next time to have the gift in my hand rather than risk lots of money with this mob of twits!
Update:- LOL... Great response from the seller! Well we'll see how long it DOES take, as it's now 2 weeks since my order and it still hasn't dispatched! Screen shot each day on the date and dispatch status! How Fun!
( Update to the update:- It's now 3 weeks and it still has NOT been dispatched! And yet the Seller / 'Store' has a go at me for asking where my product is! ...WOW! Be prepared for total chaos if you buy from these muppets!!!
Update to the UPDATE to the Up-DATE! (pun intended)... Well it's now 2064 and the Olympics is being held in New-Atlantis, and I am ASSURED by the seller that the rowboat from the warehouse is supposed to dock around 2065 some time, should there be no further earth/hell events, such as another asteroid strike or an alien incursion into sovereign Hogwartian districts! I have HOPE that the scent of my purchase ( if Christian Dior's Hypnotic Poison doesn't spoil within 60 or so years ) will dispel all the tireless angst and longing for it's final arrival, after the torturous and endless torment of having only my wife's natural beauty and intoxicating aroma to serenely adore during the eternal waiting. I believe the third generation delivery-person who now has the oath-bound duty of slowly but surely rowing closer and closer to our shores, holding my parcel securely aloft in reverence to the 'Eventually Gods', has assuredly got my address right.... Right?

I hadn't shopped with Cosmetics Now before, and having had a bad experience with a completely different online hair and beauty product company, I was a little cautious. However, I need not have worried. The Cosmetics Now online ordering process was easy and professional, delivery was tracked clearly and my product arrived in good time and in perfect condition. Not only that, but they had included an unexpected gift of another beauty product, which was a lovely surprise. I recommend this company through my experience of ordering online. You will have no trouble with them. Customer service is excellent and the products are genuine.

I have sent emails and also contacted Cosmetics Now via their website. I phoned their number only to be told by a recorded message they no longer can be contacted via phone stating “ you have to email or contact them via webpage”
I received an email stating my order had shipped but when tracking via Australia Post it has “label created by sender” this status has not changed for days.
Pleased to advise my order is on its way

Ankur was very helpful in organising a refund for a purchase I mistakenly made after I immediately emailed them of my error. It is refreshing to do business with a company that is understanding. I would definitely continue to purchase from Cosmetics Now.

Have now resolved and refunded and also given me an extra refund to make up for bad experience. 8/2.
Worst company to deal with. I purchased 3 of the same items in early December as part of an order after being told the items were a certain version of a product that has changed ingredients. Wrong products received. Been trying to get a return since. They don't reply. Sent so many emails and online queries. Finally gave me an address, I then had to wait again as I said they should pay postage. They received my return on 15th January and now 23rd Jan say they have refunded $60.95 (still hasn't hit credit card yet) it should be $182.85. So stressful and have to try again through many emails to get rest of my money.I have photos of the 3 in the return box.

I have bought many products from this website and had a very positive experience. The layout is clean and easy to navigate, which made finding the information I needed simple and straightforward. The content is engaging and well-organised, and the overall performance of the site is fast and reliable. I had no issues accessing any of the features, and everything worked exactly as expected. Overall, it’s a really good website that I would happily recommend to others.

Bought products in early November to take overseas for family expecting the usual 1 week delivery, should have read the reviews. Site doesn't indicate what is in stock or not. Items not in stock have to be brought in from overseas. 8 weeks later I received my order. Buyer beware. On the positive side, they were responsive with communication, but only when I chased them up for updates.

I found they were the cheapest when buying 2. But be prepared to wait; 6 weeks for me. They did reply quickly on both of my emails when chasing it up.

Communication with Veena was prompt.
