I love this company and their products. The reason for the 4 stars is the purple shampoo and conditioner does stain your skin. All the other products really lovely.

As I transition from blonde to grey I wanted to tone down the yellow colour and did some research before making a purchase of a “Purple Shampoo”. I bought from The Cornish Seaweed Bath Company and very pleased with the Shampoo, I only bought the Shampoo to ensure it was ok, did what it said etc. I must say it’s a great shampoo, making a difference to the yellow tinge even just after 2 uses. It’s not cheap but you get what you pay for and your hair is precious and you want quality and not putting damaging chemicals on your hair. There was free pump with a wee attachment to lock the pump when not in use which is great as I plan to take it to my hairdresser…. No leaking in my bag. Lovely container that is recyclable. Informative brochure also. Overall an excellent product, well worth the money. I will purchase the Conditioner in the future.

I've used the Detox Shampoo and my hair feels really soft and clean. It is also looking more flowing. When using the shampoo, I feel it is doing my scalp good as well. There is a lovely lavender and sea air scent in the shower afterwards. I really enjoy using this product and would be loath to go back to my old shampoo.

Just taken delivery of my first order that came with 2 free products. I've had an itchy scalp for as long as I remember but after just one use of the detox shampoo, I've not itched all day. It smells really good too.

Brought shampoo and conditioner for grey hair . Was fantastic after using twice my hair was shiny for days . Love the smell too . Hair also feels soft. Would definitely recommend a must buy . 😊

First time buying from this company . I bought the purple shampoo. I must say , I am highly delighted with it . Several people have commented on my hair . It looks fuller , whiter ( I am 75 next month ) and healthy. I would highly recommend this - no nasties in it . I'm looking forward to trying the skin care from here next . Everything was smooth from ordering to quick delivery .

I found this set perfect from the first use.
I started with the Detox Shampoo & followed with the Purple Shampoo & Conditioner, my hair immediately felt nourished and after a few uses feels healthier & shinier, I’ve noticed my roots don’t get as greasy as they used to. The products leave my hair feeling fresh, clean, gorgeously scented and well cared for. I love that it’s natural & no chemical nasties. So happy to have found this product, definitely recommend & will continue to use in future.

When I first discovered there website I knew instantly they were quality by the products ingredients, packaging,choice of products,website easy to navigate and order quick delivery overall feel confident in ordering from this local seller.

Worst customer service I've experienced for a long time. Slow and unresponsive, but also condescendingly smug 'just to gently share' etc. Probably spending most of their time posting fake reviews on here - come on guys, it's not helping anyone.
I emailed to complain that the super nutrient shampoo was not effective at cleaning my hair, and received a holding response. 4 days later, I received a response saying that I probably needed an additional 'detox' product to allow the process to work for me.
After a further complaint and request for a refund from me and a further 4 day wait, I was informed that a free detox shampoo was being sent to me, however this never arrived. I again asked for my money back but now they seem to have forgotten all about the previous emails and say things like 'so we can understand what happened...'.
So, regardless of whether their products are effective (they weren't for me), it's just such a pain dealing with them that I want no more contact, and to warn others not to get stuck in this frustrating loop.

Excellent product does what it says, my hair feels and smells lovely

I bought the shampoo and conditioner, wanting to try it out because my hair needed something different. It is now soft, manageable and does not get greasy after two days. It feels hydrated, looks less frizzy and more like it used to be before perimenopause.

I only realised the sheer quality of this shampoo when I ran out temporarily and had to use a substitute, which had an overpowering synthetic smell, nothing like the almost fragrance-free (good) Cornish Seaweed shampoo. Shampoo and conditioner together give my hair a lovely natural, silky feel which lasts for days. Love it.

I was really impressed with the presentation of the products - beautifully packaged, with the blue and white stripes reminding me of happy times by the seaside. I had a query and received a very quick reply. It was dealt with extremely efficiently. The products offer great value for money, and the customer service team provides brilliant support. Highly recommended.

My 1st bottle of Light Hold Hair Mousse dispensed liquid not mousse no matter how much I shook it up. The issue appears to be caused by a faulty pump. I emailed the company & they very kindly replaced the product free of charge. This one worked & produced foam, but only for a limited time. After around 6 uses it’s gone back to producing liquid. It’s a good product but disappointing that the pump has malfunctioned again. I’ve tried using a tiny amount of the liquid but it makes my hair look dull.

The order arrived fast. I was excited as I've had success using seaweed products to alleviate eczema and this brand is prominent and well reviewed. I chose the eczema bundle and several repair balm pots. The items were nice looking in packaging and quality.

Unfortunately the items didn't work out for me. I have dishydrotic eczema and my hands need intense moisturising to tackle the tough, dry skin. The repair balm was greasy and slid off. My hands felt greasy but never moisturised. It didn't help at all.

The facial oils also slid off my face, even though a tiny amount was used. The Sand one left a green taint to my skin that was commented upon each time I used it, so I've stopped.

The soap is soap - I've rarely encountered a bar of soap that warranted much note, they either smell nice and irritate my skin or smell nice and don't irritate my skin. This one is fine.

The super nutrient oil smelled nice and performed better on my arms and legs (the facial version was again, too greasy). We live in a hard water area and it did help with the dry skin that occurs on arms and legs as a result.

I contacted the company last week to give feedback, as I was asked to. I haven't heard back as yet.

I wanted to share my experiences here as all the reviews I saw before spending (such a lot of) money were glowing and suggesting these products are revelatory. That wasn't my experience, unfortunately.

I also haven't noted any less inflammation of the dishydrotic eczema using these seaweed products, I have with others (some much cheaper, I thought I'd treat myself and try the 'boutique' tier of products and that hasn't worked out for me).

Love this new hair care product, I’m only 2 weeks in but I already feel the difference and the smell is just amazing like a luxury spa washing my hair 🥰🧖🏼‍♀️💆🏼‍♀️
