Good morning, after completing online check-in, passengers have the option to print their boarding pass or download it directly to their mobile phone.
Please also note that online check-in is only required for certain fare types to avoid a check-in fee at the airport. However, passengers can generally check in at the airport counter regardless of their fare type, and a boarding pass will be issued there. Kind regards.

epensive rate, extra money was asked for service that suposed to be provided already. Unproffesional management of the use of toilt by te stewart.
I have paid the most epensive rate for one wat ticket , the priemum rate,£ 275. in Comapreson that I have paid 300 £ for a business class from cairo to manchester by Egypt air one way. Despite of that
1- I have been disallowed to use the first raw without paying extra £30, after asked the stewart as I have explained that I have prostate cancer which nessiate me to use he toilt quit often and I dont want to disturb other Passengers sat next to me.
2- Although the meal was included in the price but dirnks was not in the meal and I have to pay extra
3- the Stewart announced suddenly that passengers is not allowed to use the WC as we are about landing without any previous warnning which affect me personaly and my the passenger who sat not far from as they needed to vomet, This was unproffessional action as such action should have prvious warnning not to take the passengers by surprise.

Very rude and bad behaviour
the guy who was at check in said you’re luggage is overweight by 6 kg I about to take some of my stuff out she she shouted said you don’t have any hands luggage and have to pay 60 Euros for 6kg extra.when she realised we go into UK then she said you have to pay in pounds in a few seconds, they change the currency rip of people for more . what a disaster

Of all the low cost carriers, Corendon is the worst. Managing to make travel less pleasant than Ryanair is a Herculean achievement but somehow they have managed it.

Cheap ticket
Easy to book on the website. And the price was very cheap! The plains are nice and the chairs a lot of space for your legs. Also the service on board was very nice nothing to complain. Only it was a bit cold in the plain, I think the airco was too high!

Great first flight experience
You guys, I will be honest and before the trip I was a little nervous. That was my first flight ever, I’ve read some reviews, seen that some people dealed with flight delays and all that. It was me, my husband and our child. Everything was perfect! We had a flight from Warsaw to Crete, and it was great. No delays, no problems. It was clean and fresh inside the plane. The stuards were very polite and had a smile on their faces, very professional. I was feeling safe during both flights, I don’t know what could matter more. And the price compared to other companies are great too so I have no regret choosing Corendon service. Love and thank you from Ukraine, I hope we can meet again someday!
