I was looking for a cooling solution for our basement. Preferably one that did not need to be vented outside. This devicr did not provide that. I bought the hose extension. However, when I realized how earm the hot air was coming out of the back, I realized I would need to vent it outside. I could not find a hose extension long enough to reach the window.

I hadn't noticed the return policy stated I wouldn't be able to return the cooler. So now I own the cooler regardless. It works slightly if you are literally sitting in front of it, bjt it still needs to vent out.

I ended up having to spend just as much money on a traditional portable air conditioner that is dar more effective.

I got the unit for the summer, and it worked great on my kid's small room.

Took about 3 weeks to get a replacement remote for my ac unit, wish they had a better way of getting the communication between us faster . But they finally sent me a new remote. And the problem was resolved.

Great unit, built well, light weight and works very well!
Worth your investment, highly recommend to other especially consume way less electricity than others but keep in mind that this unit is only 3500 btu.

Coolzy Customer Service indonesia is very poor handling customer, they only sell to whom can make them happy, they againt cuatomer who give them complaining.

In other cases i want to buy front flap, because mine are broken.

But they prefer to arguing with me.

It did exactly what you said it would do - cool me in a very specific area. What I didn't understand was that it would actually heat the room from the back. So although I got cooled down - which was great - my husband got overheated. Not sure how we could remedy that other than get another one for him.

The Coolzy did the job as described. No more. No less.

Returns are a joke it’s cheaper to keeper

The Coolzy is the only portable air conditioner that was light weight enough for my 6x10 foot travel trailer. It allowed us to travel and sleep in the heat and humidity in the southern USA in July.
As advertised, it does cool a small area close by. Having it at the end of the bed allowed us to sleep fairly comfortably. I could not have traveled in July without it. But don’t look for it to cool any extra space.
It does put out a lot of heat, so the additional heat vent attachment was absolutely required. Eventually, I figured out a way to get the heat vent tube up to the trailer ceiling vent. The window kit did not work with my small trailer windows. The tube is not very long, so getting it to an opening took some work.
The pieces of the vent attachment went together easily but would not stay together. I was setting it up at 102F at our first campsite and was pretty frustrated. Luckily I had some Vet wrap tape for pet emergencies. Generous amounts of Vet wrap held all the pieces together during the trip.
I’m very glad I bought it because now I can travel in the heat with my trailer. I would love to have an AC that actually cools the whole space, but I can’t afford any additional weight in my trailer.

Good pricing compared to other portable ac units. The product is light weight so it's easy to move around.

The window kit to vent the exhaust air out works great. Sometimes I need to adjust the hose connection to the coolzy as it gets loose when moving/extending the hose.

The coolzy definitely blows super cold air keeping those in the path of the air, nice and cool. I keep it by the bedside and the cool air covers the top of the bed.
