After trying several prepared meal services, my wife and I decided on Cook Unity over a year ago, and love it. In our 80’s, arthritis prevents us from practicing our favorite hobby of cooking. But the quality, cuisine variety and ease of preparation sold us on Cook Unity. And, we get to experience cuisines we would never have had the opportunity to experience before. Top notch customer service at reasonable prices.

First of all the food is amazing, and customer service is excellent. I will be using this service for a long time to help me reach my fitness goals. Eating well is hard and I am a firm believer that everything I eat has to taste good, which is why I struggled to find meals that were healthy that I actually liked. This is definitely a luxury service at a fair price, and I feel great eating the food.

Great service and fresh meals. My only complaint is that the portions are a little small. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it.

We’ve been receiving Cook Unity meals now for ten weeks and have been thoroughly enjoying them! They taste restaurant-quality with a menu that is unbelievable. We love trying international dishes and spices we’d have no other chance to try, and we each can choose meals based on our own likes and dislikes. Sometimes, it’s hard to decide what 16 meals we’re ordering next, from our favorites and something new! Prepare and clean-up is a breeze, so this definitely works for our busy lifestyle while eating great food, proportioned well to control calories.

I've been getting CookUnity for over a year, and it brings tons of value for the cost. Living alone and cooking for one means a lot of food waste because nothing is sold in quantities that make sense for 1 person. Getting CookUnity eliminates that issue and even though it's still more expensive than shopping and cooking for myself, the convenience, time I save, and variety I can incorporate into my diet because of it makes it completely worth the expense. Customer service responds quickly to any issues that come up (I've had a couple problems with delivery, but that's to be expected over the course of more than a year) and the company communicates really well about service changes and improvements.

Food is excellent! I was always excited to try a different meal each time. The portion sizes were amazing, and I truly appreciated the flexibility in ordering, especially during some economic challenges. It made a real difference. I would absolutely do it again when the opportunity presents itself.

The Customer Service Specialist, Logan, was very responsive and able to resolve my delivery problem. The Customer Experience Team is always great whenever I need to chat with them from the CookUnity website. And, of course, I must mention the food tastes good, and fresh upon arrival. I also like that they give you the option to pause your weekly means whenever you want.

I’ve had a mostly positive experience with CookUnity. The convenience is a big win.. meals arrive fresh, packaging is clean, and delivery has been dependable. The variety of chefs and rotating menu keeps things interesting, which I really appreciate.

I also love that they list calories and macros for every meal. That transparency makes it much easier to choose options that align with my goals.

That said, there can be some inconsistency. Some meals are excellent, while others feel a bit off in terms of balance.. for example, heavier on cheese and lighter on protein than expected. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but something I’ve noticed.

Price-wise, it’s definitely an investment compared to cooking at home. For me, it makes the most sense during busy weeks when I want good-quality lunches without the prep.

Overall, I’d recommend it for convenience and variety, just with the understanding that not every dish will be a home run.

4.5 stars for CookUnity. Been using them for quite awhile now and overall I am very satisfied. They have a large selection of meals, the delivery is good (although I've run into a few problems but they've been quick to resolve) and the meals taste good and they have a lot of promotions and deals etc. Definitely recommend

No Level of customer service. My delivery date was changed, from Monday to Sunday no advanced notice. They gave me a bunch of meals no one ever orders, I received a text an hour before noon? Which I thought was a reminder for the next day. They have no one that wants to assist just generic responses. Well, you lost a customer because you are only concerned with money, not customer satisfaction.

Meals arrived with 2 to 3 days left before "use by" dates. Asparagus was consistently undercooked and extremely fibrous. Steak was well-done pot roast. Mashed potatoes were gluey and tasteless. Sauces were very runny. Fresh lemon and lime were completely dried out.
This is obviously a service for young people who have no idea how to prepare a meal and think $13.00 to $16.00 is a good price for an unappetizing plastic dish created by so-called chefs.

CookUnity is hands-down the best meal service. All the meals are delicious and well sized. The customer service is 100% on point. I contacted them about a missing meal, they instantly gave me a credit for my next order. Five stars!

Meals are good when you can get them. big problem is you can order 3 weeks in advance save it then your cart gets empty with a sorry out of stock and you have to re-do your order again and all the good choices are gone your stuck with the dishes you can buy half the price at your local cafe. I had a subscription for 7 months. Customer service doesnt consider your loyalty to there conpany either after 7 months of ordering.

Deliveries are timely and arrive in good condition. The food variety and quality is good.
