Great food. Thawed meals take 6 minutes in an air fryer. Pretty fancy dinning 4 nights a week for the price of one night out.

Their UI is messed up. I took screenshots of having trouble with the app and when a meal week “unskipped” they wouldn’t stand by their UI error, even though they could clearly see I was in the app skipping later weeks and I had sent a screenshot of the error I was receiving. I alerted them within hours of the processing notification and they had nearly a week before shipping but insisted there was nothing they could do to cancel. Charged me full price anyway. Horrible customer service and canceled subscription immediately.

The ingredients and quality are excellent, the time savings are huge, and the price beats what I’d spend on takeout or cooking from scratch. On top of that, their customer service is responsive and truly cares about satisfaction.

Tried a couple different meal prep companies and CookUnity is by far the best option when it comes to good portion sizes and good flavor.

Started off missing the 2nd and 3rd delivery due to inclement weather. The food was not worth 114 dollars for 8 meals a week and for 1 person. They sent two weeks worth of meals two days apart and the when CS was contacted they would not refund because they will pick your food and ship it to you. I changed the order once, thought I resolved the discrepancy but they sent the 2 nd delivery, which was not chosen and couldn’t eat the fish due to food sensitivities. Very confusing and not consistent. Canceled the service in just one month. Very disappointing, was hoping it would have worked out.

Cook unity is unbeatable! Their prices and quality surpasses the competition. Their customer service is unbelievably helpful, friendly, and responsive. With over 300 meals to choose from, new favorites each week I am very happy I switched.

One of the only food delivery service companies I’ve actually continued to use. There is a good variety of dishes, especially different cultures. I have many dishes that are so good on my favorites list that I order almost every week. The quality has been pretty consistent and the app is easy to use. The unity pass membership is worth it if you order every week just for the shipping benefits alone. Customer service responds quick to any time I had a question or problem.

Food has been great. They have a wide variety for all dietary restrictions, and their customer service has been amazing any time I've had any issues at all. I've been using them for about a year now. I've tried other food service options, but CookUnity is my clear favorite.

Convenient tasty brown bag lunch. Salad bowl has fresh ingredients. The dressing was light, came in separate container. Also had pico salsa in a separate container

Enjoyed the food and service at CookUnity! Not only are the foods delicious and diverse, their support is amazing too whenever I've had questions. I love the ability to filter on their foods based on preferences, dietary restrictions, and fitness goals. It makes picking meals so easy!

I've been getting Cook Unity for several years now and I really like it. They have a good selection, the food is tasty and fresh, the customer service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. In addition, we were displaced by the Eaton Fire in Jan of 2025 and Cook Unity gave us $400 of credit just to be nice and help us out during a very difficult time. Most companies did nothing to help us out, but Cook Unity did, and we really appreciated it.

Orders are either not delivered on time, missing or wrong. Customer service is not helpful, they only offer credits and nothing more.

We started using CookUnity a few months ago and it’s been a total game-changer for dinner! Not only are the meals extremely easy to warm up, they’re delicious! Great for anyone with a busy life like us. Their customer service is always very responsive and helpful. We truly enjoy these meals and recommend everyone to try!

The ingredients are fresh, wholistic and have variety that keeps things interesting when ordered. Genuinely the best-tasting meal delivery service I've tried!! In Chicago, I love that I can return and reuse the bags that the meals are delivered in every week. The variety of meals for different diets is excellent, and I really love that I'm supporting local chefs! Great taste and texture, even with the microwave option when I'm on the go.
